Yep still here Trash, just swinging away in the background. Back on the Advanced KW for this round. Off work this week so doing my usual Thursday evening session tomorrow morning instead - much more civilised than cramming it in after work!

Finished week 5 tonight (I only do core and resistance), so one more week for me and then I'm taking a week off for the bank holiday. Back to it after that with kettleworx advanced!

hiya all

Nice to see your all swinging away!

I am loving Kettlercise advanced too - seems to be targeting all my problem area's too ;o) Lots of new moves too! I'm doing 3 sessions per week and inbetween doing tabata on the treadmill seem to be in the zone at the mo as far as exercising is concerned just hope it lasts x

Hi everyone. I am back in circulation now I have Internet access. Have been swinging away in the background but have temporarily jilted Ryan for the sober Gary Noble on Kettlercise. Finding it a lot harder than Kettleworx. Amazing how quickly you change your views - two months ago I was saying the complete reverse.

Lost quite a few inches with my new 8kg bell so may go and buy a 7.5kg to use whilst in the UK. If I don't, I am going to have to adjust all over again.

Haha im gunna defo do it later wen it cools down im bloody boiling at the mo!!

This weather doesn't make it easy, that's for sure! When it's hot I have to point a fan at the area in front of the t.v. otherwise I just melt into a puddle.

Snap with the fan! Have got out of my routine since arriving in the UK. Back to Kettlercise which I find much harder than KWX. It also bugs me to death that the warm up is on separate DVD.

How do you all stay motivated?

That's one of the reasons I haven't tried Kettlercise altho I understand they've fixed this problem in Kettlercise for women 2. :)

I don't know that I stay motivated all of the time, but I know it's good for me so I keep doing it anyway. If that makes sense, LOL. :)

I've started Kettlercise Volume 2 and its brill loads of new moves and yes i agree its harder workout than KW also find it targets other troubled area's too - MIAN bonus is warm up and cool down are now on Both DVD's ;o)

Morning - I stay motivated because I can see the difference it has made to me over the past year or so. Its also become a habit as well as I've pretty much always stuck to my 3 days and can work my life around it.

I might give Kettlercise another go. I was cheesed off when I did the 8 (or is it 10) minute intense session and found that by the end the girls weren't even using their bells! No wonder I was knackered. I also found Guy Noble's voice grated on me a bit - but that's just a minor thing. I did it straight after a Fast Abs session so I got round the warm up problem and then just did the usual KW cool down from memory. Glad they have sorted this on the newer DVD.
