Hey claire goy my other pack today and I had a little note sayimg I got 5 free sachets off porridge but they gave me 10 haha they must av madw a mistake lol xxxx
 
Wahey Leanne that was well worth it haha the porridge is quite yummy... Hows your day been??? Mines be AWFUL :-( I was doing so well but I've felt really horrible and fat all day and then about 2 o'clock I cave into a bourbon biscuit and from there on I've just picked on anything in site, I have done so well all week, not even been tempted and now I have totally screwed EVERYTHING up.. I'm off to the gym in a minute to really punish myself.. Leanne I can't believe it i could just cry :-( just wasted a whole week... But hey that's my own stupid fault an just shows I'm not as strong as I thought. Hope you've been good today, I'd hate you to be feeling the same way as me xx
 
Huni ive done the same and I didnt have the guts to tell u cse I didnt.wanna fail.u. listen dont worry bout it its fri and ive had some wine (something I need to get over but I failed) and I really wish I could overcome!! But its hard bloody work!! I like to have a wee drink an watch the.soaps .an munch on wotever , not sit there an eat awfull.bloody.soup!!! And hear ur tummy rumbling like mad lol! listen babes Do not worry bout it, I know how u feel and I felt like crap aswell, we can start again, trust me u feel like total **** at the min but once ur bck on track ull feel betta me an u r gna do this bbez PROMISE!!! Thank you :-D I feel better already, and when i get bak from the gym I'm also going to have a glass of something alcoholic haha then start again tomorrow.. I think it's harder for us as we really don't have much to loose!! I just want to get into ketosis and then I know my body will be eating it's own fat haha.. O god what are we like hey?? I'm glad I found u because u make me feel so much better haha.. Strange through because I actually feel like I know u. Thanks for your support Hun means alot and especially when I'm feeling crap xx
 
Good u go girl! Lol thats wot it is I think, cse we aint nuttin to loose im like well wots a bottle off wine gna do haha even though it messes all the hard work but. he ho!! Never mind eh haha!! I feel exactly the same bbe feel like I know u 2 im on here all the time waiting for u to txt ( sad aint it haha) but I am lol!! Haha I wait for you as well but the last few days we haven't seemed to catch each other at the right time!! Well today is a TOTAL right off... Sat in bed watching a film with my chap and eating POPCORN.... This NEVER happens so y are we doing it when I'm supposed to be on a bloody diet hahahahahahahahahahaha! I'm such an idiot and will so regret this on sunday when I weigh. however life will go on and if nothing else I've made a new friend :) x x

I just seemed to have been dieting my whole life!! You'll loose before your holiday I'm sure, when & where u going??? Because I cheated yesterday I just feel like I'm starving today haha I do hope others arnt reading our posts haha we are hopeless role models hahahahaha... You up to much today??? :) xx I've got the mega giggles now haha we do so well all week then BOOM Friday comes and we screw it all up hahaha GO US hahaha xxx
 
Lol I was thinking exactly the same about the posts lol how bad do we look haha!! Im just goin to wales for a butlins holiday wiv the kids and will be going to the dreaded SWIMMING.pool!!! So I want to look half decent n my bikini haha!! Ur doin well huni wish I had ur will power! U keep up the good work dnt listen to wot im doin im bloody hopeless haha!! Ahhh good old Wales :) its not far from me really so we had a lot of holidays in Wales.. How many children you got?? I love kids but I work with them all week haha so nice to have a break at the weekend, steve really wants kids but I don't want to get fat hahahahahahaa!! I should just stitch my mouth up OR get the gastric band haha they are my only options. Just sorting some wedding stuff out today oooooo the fun hahaha xx
 
Yeah my boyfriend he comes.from south wales but its the north we re going to, ive got two kids hun and they re a bloody handfull lol!! Jst went to the park and its bloody freezing so jst bck home now hows the diet today hun? Xxxxxxx
 
Haha but at least you've been a good mum and they've enjoyed themselves... Diets not been too bad today just bloody hungry now and I just know I'm going to fail because it's saturday night haha o well, I'm going to nail it this next week as I have my last wedding dress fitting next Saturday so want to feel skinny even if I'm not haha... How's the diet going for you? Xx
 
Yeah thats like me saturday nites takeaway nite so the diets on hold till monday I really need to get more stuck n to this I feel fatter than when I started lol feel like everythin just got bigger so then I find im eating everything lol cant bloody win I cant lol!! Oh cant wait till I can wear a wedding dress bet u cant wait!! Whats ur dress like? Xxxxxx
 
Its an amazing feeling when I put it on but then I just think ahhhhhh I look fat haha but it's just very plain really.. When I get home from my parents I'll go on the laptop and try and send u a link to the website haha. So what's for tea then?? Haha... I haven't decided yet xx
 
Wot u like at ur weight TRUST me u aint fat lol bet uve got a perfect figure id love to be ur weight, yeah do that would be nice, I love lookin at dresses especially wedding ones ull look stunnin hun if u dnt loose or if u do, im having a bloody takeaway god how bad am I, and ive a cheek to write that on here when all these other people r doing so well, but im gna get stuck in monday I feel huge today I keep thinkin if I had stuck to it I maybe wud av lost 4lb lol I torture myself onest haha xxxxxx
 
Would it make u feel better if I told u I've just had half of steves chips from the chippy?? Hahahahaha it's just nice to have something to actually bite into. I wish I did have a stunning figure but it's amazing what clothes can do haha agh man we'll be ok I'm sure haha.. It's just horrible isn't it when you just feel rubbish about yourself? I get really down some days and then I just think I need to get over myself and realise that I should be grateful that I'm fit and healthy and be thankful for what I've got x we shall tackle it on monday yeh?? And no excuses will be made haha xx

Hey Hun yup I've weighed and put 1lb on :-( BUT it's made me more determine to do it now. I'm just so hungry now I've had food hahahaha!! What are we like hey? I'm going to behave myself today but Start again properly from tomorrow and I have to be dead stricked because of next Saturday!! I just feel so blobby haha... And now we are off to bloody church!! We are not really churchy people but have to go today as our banns are being read.. How u feeling today?? You up to anything exciting? Xx
