All i wanna do is eat!!!!! :cry:
I was doing so well last night but i just wanted the nom nom. For the past few weeks the weight loss has just gone up and down like a big yoyo.

I've gained, i can see it on the scales already and im not impressed but i have eaten what i want :eek:

Need to focus and get back to it!! Its so hard when i just want biscuits :cry:
 
Thats my problem, i keep going, just for the snacks :giggle:

Ill be fine. Im just so busy i cant seem to focus on it. I keep trying but im failing. School will be back soon so ill be able to concentrate more on it! Wont have madam wanting sweets all the time!
 
The weekend sounds really busy but great fun. It can be hard getting back to it after a few relaxed days but you will get there.

Be kind to yourself and have a chilled rest of the week

Well I'm back on it like a car bonnet :giggle: I did it yesterday all day and weighed in with a 2.5lb gain. Its ?. It will go!

I'm off work till tuesday now and I'm planning on going for a run tomorrow! I haven't been for ages and need to get back into it.

Oh and I'm wearing a pair of size 14 jeans :D

Hi my names Shabba and im a foodaholic!!

Well my weekend went down like a sack of spuds! I did little and ate lots! I just couldnt stop. Ever since Silverstone i've struggled so on Monday i re-started with 21 points a new weigh in and made my own food diary. I actually threw my WW 12wk plan in the bin because it wasnt doing me much good! Got myself a notepad and drew out my own diary. I figure im spending time on it so why waste it?

Its going well so far, my only problem is my home made soup is a bit too watery so im having quite a bit of it :giggle: Nevermind!

I will get a loss this week and do my best to carry it on.

Now i had better go and rescue someones cat from my rabbit, poor thing will get eaten if Mr. Jabbit gets hold of it!!! :giggle:

He's a law unto himself!! 1.5 hours to get him off the garden into his hutch. He loves cats but they don't love him :giggle: he just wants to play with them and he has a new friend who's been watching him for days, she looks like our cat but is a lot younger and he's a typical boy and was getting too boystrous lol

Well my diary is set out for the week, just need to. Plan my meals well :D

Spag bol for tea and madam ate it all! I was really impressed! My cooking and she ate it :giggle:

I should be in bed but ricks on WoW and I'm watching Mr. Bond!! Oh the mornings going to be fun!
 
Well yesterday was a busy one!!

I went to work and got insulted by the ice queen again LOL she held the team meeting where she decided to inform people where to look on our intranet for info. She said there were new people to the team, my part time girl, insurance girl and me LMAO I've only been with the company 3 years and in my job just short of 2 years! I think I know where to find things.

I travelled all the way to lincoln to pick up my new motor!! Lovely 60 plate ford mondeo :giggle: its lovely and comfy!!

So we spent the best part of last night driving around.

Oh and I went to macdonalds twice and managed to stay under points!! :D was very impressed with myself!! Not gone off track yet! :D

Well i had a good weekend!!

We went out to the seaside on Saturday and i had fish and chips and doughnuts which were all in my points allowance!! :D I managed to save enough!!!

All was ok till Sunday night when i opened the croissants :break_diet: But it was yummy!! Madam has decided she wants me to take her shopping tonight to buy some more :giggle: she liked them for breakfast!

Im a star!! :giggle: Me and my part time equivellant took part in a photoshoot a few weeks ago with other random people for a charity our work supports and we've made it onto the contents page :giggle: We had a laugh and got a free t-shirt out of it anyway!

This morning i've weighed in and i believe its a 3.5lb loss which im very happy with!!

Ok so its been nearly a week since i posted and its been nearly a week since i went AWOL, yet again. I seem to have a good week and bad week then good week etc etc Its driving me nutty! i just want to get down to well under 12st!! Its not too much to ask is it?

Im sooo busy as well at the minute, have my end of course assessment due in, my next course starts the day after and i have to read pride and prejudice in the first week, i have my NVQ homework to complete for this afternoon and my UCAS application needs to be paid and sent off!

I am however, eating properly this week!! I'm making lots of my own food, stir fry, soup, curry and snacking on low point foods! Im loving hummus at the minute so have low fat stuffs. Maybe i should point out how much it is to make from scratch?!

Tonight im making Turkey Masala :giggle: low fat!! I cant wait to try it :giggle:

Well i couldnt taste the difference!! :giggle: It did smell different when frying my turkey but once the masala sauce was on it was fine!

I thoroughly enjoyed it and although i could have eaten the pie and chips that madam and Rick had im glad i didnt :)

My UCAS has been sent off!!!! So now im waiting nervously for the next few months to hear from Notts Trent Uni, Derby Uni or Sheffield Hallam Uni. Im so scared i wont be accepted to any :(

Im on the last of my home made soup today :( Will have to try and make some more tomorrow! Would asparagus go in a soup ok? I have some left in the fridge. Tonight i think i might just go for WW pie and veggies. Not sure what to have. Should i go for wedges at 3pts? That leaves me with 1 left over for a WW yoghurt.... hmmmm decisions decisions!!!
