Got my shopping done this morning! YAY! Love getting loads of fruit & veg and other yummy things
Here's what I have planned for dinners for the week. For lunch I either have a salad, homemade soup (in freezer) or leftovers. And breakfasts are usually the same lol, either porridge or toast and eggs. I'm really enjoying this weekly planning exercise!
1. Lamb curry (made this yesterday)
2. Minced beef & noodle stir fry
3. Honey chili scallops & squid, sweet chili egg rice, steamed chinese cabbage & broccoli
4. Roast lamb chops, roast cherry tomatoes, peppers & courgettes, lemon mint couscous OR bulgur wheat
5. Bean & pasta stew with meatballs, steamed green beans
6. Jerk chicken, rice & black beans, chopped salad
7. Chicken pie with potato & sweet potato topping, steamed beans and broccoli
