Morning Sharon. Lasagne sounds fab! I have the little book of sauces its good. Ticking along, full of busy. Are you off next week? I start 3 weeks off this Friday the 9 th cannot wait. Good luck with the holiday hunting and let us know how you get on x

Morning all. Definitely feel better for 2 stone off Moira. Off after Wednesday Geordie, so just 3 days left to work. Still holiday hunting at mo - off to Colchester to see Dave's son and granddaughters Sun-Weds, trying to find reasonably priced Thurs-Sun break, August is so expensive and just when I thought I'd sorted it, hotel was fully booked. Booking hols is hard work!

Just had yummy ham and mushroom omelette for breakfast. Roast pork planned for dinner and debating if I want to flexi syn a bit for some rocky road cheesecake - decisions decisions - 14.5 syns a slice!

I think I'd definetly fleck syn for the cheesecake or can you have just half the slice? You could just turn up at the travel agents and see what they got to fit in with the dates you want? Lasagne sounds nice, I've not got the little book of sauces, how did you make the bechamel sauce x?

Hi Cookie. Bechimal sauce - 250 ml skimmed milk. 2 lev tsp cornflour, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. 150 g v low fat fromage frais (plain) Blend cornflour with little milk. Bring remaining milk to boil, then add cornflour/milk mis - stir continuously until thickens. Add seasoning and mustard. Remove from heat, stir in from age frais. 4 syns/serving (serves 4) Grate 25 g low fat cheese/portion so 100g for 4, or use HEX if you prefer. From SW little book of sauces. Great little book. 3.95 at class.

The red Thai sauce I've also done from that book and it's yummy. Added cooked chicken breast, baby corn and mange tout. Hubby said it was his favourite yet but we've done lots of different recipes.

I decided I didn't want the cheesecake in the and had a bowl of forest fruits, Greek 0 per cent yoghurt and 1 tbsp honey at 2.5 syns so saved 12 syns. Just didn't seem worth the syns.

Booked holiday. We have accommodation in Colchester sorted for Sunday, then we are staying with family, then Thurs/Sun we have booked a b & b in Yorkshire for three nights. Never been to Yorkshire so will nice to see a bit of the area. We'll do an abroad trip in October - France for daughter 21st for a few days then either travel around a bit or come back to Uk for flight to somewhere hot, undecided yet.

Going to focus on being good before I go away this week, then try and do damage limitation - not sure how well I'll do on holiday week but would like not to gain that week if poss or at least limit it.

Thanks for the recipe Aqua, Yorkshires nice, I was in Harrogate in May for the weekend before I joined SW. We had such a good time and great weather, if you can get there I'd recommend The Kimberely Hotel. We paid £99.00 for two nights bed & breakfast on a KGB deal and then paid £12 parking for the two days. From there it's a good place to explore but we didn't bother. Leeds is just half hour away but I prefer Harrogate, York is beautiful too. Where are you staying? Xx

We've booked Bridlington - £225 for three nights including brekkie and a good base to visit national park, York and around :). Great reviews for the B&B, no negatives so should be good :). Looking forward to seeing another part of the UK I've not been to.

Owh hols sound fab, don't think I have been to Bridlington but when I was a kid we always went to Scarborough as not too far and I have many happy memories of the place. Yorkshire is lovely and as cookie says harrogate and knaresborough are nice!

We're going to Scarborough in September for the weekend if you want to come over, that goes for you too Geordie. We can have diet fish and chips then run it off on the beach what of you think? Xx. Bridlington is nice I've heard the BF went years ago but said he'd take me there when we go Scarborough xx

Scarborough, happy childhood memories, peasholm park and my parents bought me a stuffed emu as in rod hull, sorry if you are too young to get what I am on about lol!

Good luck aqua I think monthly affected me last week but fingers crossed you get the loss before she appears. Xx

Hey Aqua, not sure if your weighing in before you go on your holidays so if you are, good luck. If your not, then enjoy your trips away. Keep posting those little notes they're brilliant xxx

Hi All Weighed at 11 am today - lost 3lbs :). I also got an envelope from my consultant to let me know I'm a nominee for class woman of the year if I wish to participate. Long way for me to go but touched that someone nominated me. There a couple if other girls whom I think deserve it, not me as I have so much to lose still, will give her a call before I go away though as weighed and went today as it's hubby's birthday. Lovely day down at Falmouth today on the River Fal. Had lunch out but chose a salad and stuck with diet coke. Out to the pub for tea but will look for good options, though may have a wee slice of birthday cake later. Go away on Sunday Cookie but so nice not to be at work, glad I booked tomorrow off after all as originally would have been in for one day tomorrow - good decision lol

Hey Aqua, great loss today, well done. Sounds like a fab day for hubby birthday. Enjoy your night out and its your hols. Fantastic. Like cookie said keep posting your notes they are great!

Hiya. Well had mixed grill with jacket potato and gave the sausage away, so could have been worse, diet coke and no wine. Have had slice of bday cake so the syns will be higher today but just going to let it go and reclaim the halo Fri/Sat before we go on hols on Sunday - feeling stuffed as not used to it so that should help deter me from going over board on hols as eating more has made me feel over full tonight. Suspect some red wine syns will make a wee show on hols though.

Wow 3lbs loss, brilliant Aqua so pleased for you and congrats on being a nominee too. I don't think you have to worry about food on your hols its just the wine but after all you on your holidays so go on, have a little drink when you fancy it. Xx
