Busy day Cookie but hubby was home earlier than me and cooked chilli con carne with jacket potatoes for tea :) Making SW fish pie for dinner tomorrow and getting homemade burgers with baby bel in the centre ready for Thursday after WI. Menu plan for next week organised and shopping list for Fri - hubby has day off so said if I do the list he will get it :). So all on track.

Busy evening cooking. Made the fish pie from last month's SW magazine, absolutely lush. Syn free quiche made for tomorrow and homemade burgers with babybel light in the centre and wedges prepped for tea after WI tomorrow night. Hair colour redone this afternoon on my early day and nails sorted with new turquoise 3d effects new Nails Inc glitter polish - some feel good factors.

Hi Aqua, your amazing doing all that cooking but like you I'm planning a SW quiche for dinner tomorrow night with baked beans. Putting mushrooms and peppers in mine. How many eggs and cottage cheese do you out in yours? Xx

I put leeks, tomatoes, green pepper, ham, half a large tub of low fat plain cottage cheese and 7 eggs - normally use 8 eggs but only had 7 left. Spray quiche dish with frylight to stop it sticking. 8 inch flan dish. The one I made the weekend I lined the flan dish with bacon then filled the dish with mixture with the cottage cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers.

Hi Sharron, your flying with all your cooking, I wish I could get as organised as you.
I absolutely love your new bag, it's so cute.
I think it's a really good idea to treat ourselves sometimes, we all need little rewards along the way.
The weather has changed here, back to normal wet Irish days, hope its a bit better with you x

Hi Moira. I think if I didn't plan that's where it would go wrong for me. Week's holiday 12 August week will be do what I can as we will be visiting hubby's granddaughters and prob away too - don't know where yet but next 2 weeks will be good. That will be a damage limitation week me thinks :). Bag is lovely - saw it in Accesorize a few weeks back and then found a new one on EBay someone was selling as an unwanted gift so gave in lol

Raining here tonight, been humid and sticky for days - hopefully will help clear it and we can get back to some more gorgeous summer days :). Hope all is well your end x

Hi Aqua, good luck at wi tonight hit your 2st award I reckon, fingers crossed for you. Also thanks for the quiche recipe, I made it but added a tub of that low low mature cheese spread so it made the quiche 12.5 syns for the whole thing. I had a quarter of it so just my hex a, the Kerry low low made it really cheesey mmm xx

Dam that 1/2 pound Aqua, so close but congratulations on your loss. New figure, new clothes new bag I'm very impressed. Well done x

Thanks everyone. Am really pleased with how it's going and certainly feeling better for having shifted the weight thus far. Soo glad it's Fri - shame it won't be beach weather this weekend. Hubby doing the shopping today as has day off so spared from that this week :). He has the list! Hair trim tomorrow am and see what the weekend brings. Making a red Thai curry tomorrow night. Tried the new hi if light bars last night, they are nice but the rocky roads are still my favourite. Off to work now so will catch up with diaries later.

Hair trimmed and I treated myself to some bed head leave in conditioner that protects colour too - plus it smells totally lush - all Chocolately and Carmel like :) mmm Checked measurements earlier and have lost:

Bust - 3.5 inches
Upper Arm - 2.25 inches
Waist 5 inches
Abdomen 5.5 inches
Hips 4.5 inches
Upper thigh - 3 inches
Calf - 1.25 inches

Definitely worth tracking inches - chuffed, though loads to go.

Red Thai curry sauce from SW little book of sauces was really tasty, added cooked chicken breast with baby corn and mange tout. Would definitely do again. Fresh strawberries to enjoy in a mo :).

Shame weather is not beach weather but had a laid back day, got hair cut and sorted some washing. Parked the clean up until tomorrow. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.
