Sharon's Before 50 Plan

Follow it up Tracy but thermo regulation can also be a symptom of ME x GP should annually check various bloods to rule out any other probs as part of NICE guidelines to exclude any other probs that arise. I was borderline hypothyroid and my GP treated due to symptoms. Optimal level for TSH is 1.5 but mine is about 1.9 now, if you inbox me an email addy when I get back to work I'll try and email you a paper re thyroxine and ME x Important GP keeps on top if things and doesn't put it all down to ME so hassle him x

I agree with Sharon, Tracy, keep on at them if you feel under the weather all the time

a x

Thanks, hon, I will do. It's frustrating, but I think I've lived with it for so long that I've just got too used to it! :) xx

Awh no Tracy, wait until you're back on your feet and then go back and insist on a blood test.
BTW I just nipped into the class and had a proper WI ( only did it at home on Sunday) and guess what I'd lost 2lbs well what a start for the hols, so with wise?? choices I hope to SS.
See you all when I get back
Take care and happy weight loss xx

Thank you, I definitely will! Well done on the 2lbs loss, thay's great - mine is still creeping down, very slowly now as I approach target, lol. :) xx

2lbs off for Anne pre hols is fab, hope you have a fab time at the Jupiter :). Palma yesterday was great - we walked around for about five hours - there's been a lot of walking both in France and Majorca so hoping that will help things. My calves and balls of my feet are still aching this am lying in bed! Good body magic as at work I'm at the desk all day. Bought some lovely Majorca pearls, bracelet and earrings yesterday, pink, cream and off white with crystal ball clasp, necklace and bracelet can be put together to make a longer strand too with the crystal ball magnetic clasps, really pretty :) planning a more chilled beach day today with cola light during day, salads etc - two more days and fly home on Saturday, but we've been having a great time :) but wary of the peaches now as I cut one open at dinner the other night and it was gungey and had maggots in - couldn't tell from the outside - will be cutting peaches/nectarines first in future euwwwww. Usually always just bite into them so soooo glad I cut it that night!

Well back after an amazing two weeks of holidays - had a fab time. Walked loads to the point that we ached, monthly due, hopped on scales this am and my home scales indicate plus eight!!!!!! Don't feel like I'm that much heavier ouch!!!! Anyhow no good worrying about it, Hoping a proportion may be fluid, shopping list done, halo retrieved from ankle bracelet status and firmly back on plan to reduce as much as possible for official weigh in on Thursday.

Did some more before and to date pics this am which will definitely spur me on to get this off and continue to lose a whole lot more.

Hi Aqua, glad your back from holiday, I turned show you had an amazing time and you look fab! You'll get that holiday gain down loads before wi Thursday and then probably off soon afterwards. Did I tell you were going to Tunisia in 4wks today yay! I want to lose 4lb if I can xxx

Hi Cookie, saw you were off to Tunisia at the end of Nov - bet you're excited :). Hubby and I did food shop earlier and I've been back on SW plan today. Started to tackle the holiday washing mountain. Not relishing first day back at work tomorrow, in particular the commute with the weather warning in place - bit of a contrast to Majorca. SW lunch all packed :) and on the plus side I can still squeeze into my new work trousers that I recently bought - phew :)

Thanks Geordie - did you see the pics I posted before of Becky's 21st when I was away. Good to do old and new pic comparisons sometimes like I did today - helped give me the kick I need to reign it back and get fully back on track.

Sorry about work , I changed jobs a year ago and although always busy and I work hard it was for the better and I haven't looked back. Job hunting is a roller coaster ride. Almost as bad as trying to loose weight lol xx :):):)

Definitely hard to job hunt as I'd sort of like to feel inspired and not just settle. There are good points to what I do too, but it's been mega stressful for far too long with no signs of improvement so I'd be a fool not to keep my eyes open. Been feeling unwell today and yesterday (hot & cold, bit shaky) so that's not helped but paced it at work and at least feel more orientated and achieved some stuff that needed tackling. Was in bed by 8.15 last night and 9.00 on Sat and Sun. Typical huh :). On the plan though so fingers crossed Thurs is not so bad.

Not long for you now Geordie - exciting :)

Hello Aqua, sorry to here the your feeling a little under the weather and having a stressful job = no fun at all. Good idea to keep an eye out on the job market. I sometimes wonder what it'd be like to do something different but really I just want to be a stay at home kept woman! If only the BF had mega bucks!
How's food been today and what you got planned for the rest of the week? Xx
