Sharon's Before 50 Plan

Enjoy the celebrations tonight, I've just had a tiny bit of mums cake & its delicious, I can't throw it out and I think I'll be ok syn wise if I have tiny bits as I still want to enjoy it. I'm on plan and just using my syns each day to allow for it.
Have a good time tonight I'm in work so I'll come back tomorrow

Well syns were OTT but could always have been worse. Did have a small slice of the chocolate bomb pud and have to say it was lush as well as some red wine so didn't add up the total syns. How did you do re the drink Bev? Cookie I think we're all in the same boat with wanting to enjoy some Xmas treats still. Could have been worse even though high. I don't think I'm going to be on track properly til after New Year and the weekend popping to visit step sons/hubby's grandchildren and friends so I think day at a time and try and be better where I can is going to have to be my approach to this and try not to gain any more. Beyond that in 2014 I plan to sort it out and go for target .

I did it! Got through a day on plan yesterday and syns at total of 12, so a good day to help with damage limitation with New Year celebrations just around the corner. Aim is to have another on plan day today. One day at a time .....

Weather outside is very blustery today - not nice.

I have started thinking about tomorrow night and what to drink. Have decided vodka and cranberry would work best..that way I can sneak in a few cranberry juices on their own and no one will know

I am a bit fragile this morning! Had a great time last night, plenty gossip, wine and then we went for a curry. Brilliant. Just made a bacon sandwich. Going to a funeral this afternoon :-( . Weather here very blustery too.
I have no excuse about food over the next couple of days. Hubby at work tomorrow night so stopping in. Sick of drinking so may stop! Enjoy your day x

Good luck the next 2 days with food xx. Hope the rain holds off for the funeral, sad enough for everyone without dealing with that too xx hope it goes as well as it can. Good that you had a good night, important to enjoy life around dieting x I'm trying to be good again today but will have some extra syns tomorrow, Making SW friendly Thai red curry for when hubby gets in on NY Eve, be good during the day but plan on wine/Asti. Quiet night in and watch TV London fireworks. New Years Day we have turkey roast as stepdaughter here and son with their partners, syns will be up a bit that day but back to it on 2nd, official SW weigh in, but Fri-Mon away but will do best I can a day at a time and then polish up the act if needs be when we get back. 11 weeks then to week if 50th and family wedding so do what I can then continue to shift the rest if the weight in 2014

I think it has to be a day at a time at this time of year and do what you can. Weekend for me could be tricky food wise with visiting family but you just have to do what you can hey. It is hard cutting back with goodies still around.

Hope you have a nice lunch out Cookie . Day at a time this time of yesr. I had forest fruits/grapes, v low fat fromage frais, tbsp honey for breakfast, banana, persimmon, baby sweetcorn raw, sweet and sour mugshot so far today. Chilli and rice planned for tea. Need to keep it good today as will be toasting in the New Year tomorrow and New Year's Day we have family lunch etc so syns will be up a bit that day. Determined that in 2014 I will lose the rest and reach target but chuffed to have lost what I have.

That sounds like a plan Chrissie . I plan to be good in the day, SW red thai chicken curry for when hubby gets in tomorrow but am toasting in the New Year with wine/Asti. May just have Tia Maria with diet coke or just diet cokes esrlier. Flexi syns.

Well survived another day on plan yesterday and kept the syns down to 10.5. Food will be on plan today but syns will be up today with tipple for New Year.

Morning I'm feeling in a very indecisive mood today, apart from going shopping for our dinner tomorrow, (I fancy a turkey crown after the pub yesterday) I've no idea what I'm doing today. I know it'll be on plan food wise and I need to get something to drink but I don't know what I want, can I just come to your house instead? Xx

Yup would be great . Red Thai Curry here for tea, SW friendly and some drinks - flexible syns lol. Have to toast in the New Year. We're having turkey crown tomorrow - six of us for lunch tomorrow, Syns will be over again tomorrow with family get together for New Year but Thurs can be good again. A lot can be achieved in 2014

Definitely Tracy . Happy New Year xx I was naughty yesterday and syns went out the window. Today we have a family get together for New Year's Day so the syns will be up a bit today but tomorrow will be good again before visiting family at the weekend - I'll deal with food wise a day at a time. After that the festivity period is truly at an end and I shall knuckle down to see what I can do before my 50th in March and then beyond, want to sort the rest if this weight in 2014. Let's hope it's a great tear for us all hey . Hope you have a nice day planned xx
