Thank you for the smoothie reply... I'll definitely try the frozen fruit idea, I'm forever throwing out fruit as we don't eat it quick enough!
 
I have no idea what's wrong with me girls!! X I feel exhausted and have done nothing!! Had a shower this morning, put pj's on!! Still in them x other than throwing some veg into slow cooker I have done zilch!!! Xxx feel slightly sick again ahhh I have 5, 12 hour night shifts over 7 days starting tomorrow!!! Hope I pull myself together or the nights will feel like forever x

Just finished a rather manic 3, 12 hour shifts in an A&E department!!!!! Only positive I should get a great result Friday!!! Sadly I have tomorrow of (mum and hospital, so like a busman's holiday really) then I am back in for 2 more 12 hour night shifts x x
Food has been pointed and at least 12 pp under the last few day!!! Oops x did have chicken shashlick one night at work x so pleased as all the girls had a creamy masala, and I resisted the nan bread, mine came it was stunning, everyone wanted that then haha
 
I imagine working in A&E is go go go all the time! Especially with bonfire night... I would love to work somewhere like that (on reception(lol!)..)
What did u get from take away? Never heard it before

It was slightly mental this weekend!!! Had a few firework injuries, mainly teenagers messing around. Young children getting injuries less common now, people seem more aware on how to stay safe x

I had chicken shashlick. It was amazing chicken breast with onions tomatoes and peppers cooked on a skewer in the tandoori oven....it's down as 9 as a starter, my ww leader states 15 pp as a meal, and i promise it's stunning and so so filling...it's def my Indian meal of choice x it comes with salad and a sauce yummy
