It might be rubbish but you are still within your dailies which is more than can be said for me!!
I've just been out with Alfie and I cant believe how mild it is outside, I'm guessing that that is not the case in wales x

Ginger thins have real ginger in them and are an anti emetic 
thats why they help morning sickness, not sure on banana though, probably the high potassium content

Not even the thought of having biscuits can stop this sick feeling!!!!!!!! Bloody great for a diet morning sickness.....but starting to feel light headed, shivering, and aching all over!! Maybe I have a cold in the mix also....going to get some delicious honey later.... X midwife due at 9 , woke Alex up super early to make house immaculate, he called me a nutter under his breath.. X can't have her think we live like slob xx

Sorry t hear ur still gettin morning sickness really crap!! When I was pregnant I felt fine until about ten o'clock n that was wen I had my sickness everyday for only about 3weeks! Everyone told me t carry rich tea biscuits with me for when I felt sick? They jus made me feel worst!!
Hope ur midwife appointment goes ok

put them next to the bed lovely and nibble them before you even get up and it should help

its quite comon for you to feel like you have a cold between 7 and 11 weeks hun
haha i remember when we had virgin installed once the engineer was due at 8 and I was up and 5 hoovering and scrubbing the skirting boards, so I'm just as bad haha!

Ok all sorted I think. She is booking the 12 week scan. I have picked my hospital. I have my first app with consultant in 2 weeks. I have written permission to attend sw, but told personally she did not agree!! I had bloods taken. She asked about domestic violence, poor Alex looked mortified!! She asked about my birth experience with Dylan, she then told me because of weight I could not have a home birth!!! I never asked for one (but would have loved one)....she was scared of poor Jack, I tried explaining he was scared of his own shadow and no way would harm her, she asked he was removed from the room...then had a big of a lecture how unsafe dogs are with new born babies!! Alex jokey said dam we where hoping he would be our main babysitter. she tutted and gave him the look haha x she was patronising and rude!!!! Then she asked occupation! She was totally different when she found out I was a nurse!!! (Started talking to me like i was a human with a higher IQ then 10) The woman's a nutter, but gave me and Alex something to giggle about when she left xxx

Oh my god, how rude! When anybody knocks on out door Alfie goes nuts but soon as you open it he's quite as a mouse, if its somebody be doesn't know he will back off as he can be quite timid as he too is scared of his own shadow! I'd have said, he's my little boy I'm not shutting him away!! Poor Jack!!
So does this mean you are going to switch to SW? I can't believe she doesn't agree with it, surely it's a far healthier way of eating than stuffing your face full of crap for 9 months! x

Nope after speaking to my friend weight watchers is safe for me. Only because I am on such a high number of points. If I was on 26 I would not be having enough calories. She said I have to make sure my diet is rich in calcium and lots of fresh fruit and veg. Apparently you only need 100 extra calories a day at this stage. My friend who is a midwife has checked with dietitian she works with. My currant intake is fine. They have advised I use all of my weeklies, and not to worry to much about morning sickness, I have enough fats store to manage, also I am taking prenatal vitamins and frolic acid so should all be fine xx. In other words I am sticking to weight watchers xxx god I do go on dont I

I think so !!!! Apparently she is our named midwife, but there are 5 in the team so not sure how often we will see. Alex actually laughed when I told him.....I think he is thinking of evil plans already xxx mum phones wants to go pram shopping!!!!! Told her after Christmas would be fine!! She then said she may not feel well enough after Christmas!!!! She laughed and said if I have cancer I may as well use to my advantage!!! Xx the sly old dog

My mother is amazing, I am very lucky to have her, she has been the best.....she was really bad after my brother...but has tried her best to carry on for my sake. She is one of them women born to be a mum, strict when younger, instinctively knew when we needed her as teenager, she pushed us to perform to the best of our ability, never took any bullshit, yet told us she loved us daily!!!! She is super excited about this baby, she is convinced it has come to make her final days happy ones xx
