Really xx I was convinced a boy xx Alex thought girl xx I guess does not really matter as long as healthy (and she is perfect) xxx to be honest I was so convinced it was a boy, I got a pair of baby converse!!!! So she will have to be a Tom boy!!!
And names ahhhhh I was so convinced it was a boy, I had not thought xx I was going to name her after my brother who had passed away xx so now I will have to start thinking xx

Well today has been really good. After finding out baby was a girl yesterday, it's given me lots to think about. I want to lose this weight so much more, I know silly as I have Dylan and he is a boy, but I think girls can have a strange relationship with food, more so than boys x ( I know there are exceptions). I can remember my mother always being on a diet!!! I remember sneaking food to eat in secret at a early age, I had no idea why. Just had a understanding food was bad for you!! I want my weight not to be an issue when this little one is older, I would rather she had a healthier outlook and food and its values etc xxx so got a load of fruit and veg in!!! And roll on healthy eating xxx of course I will indulge x but try to in moderation xx dam you weight watches for not letting me weigh!!!

I think that's a fantastic idea and I think you are so right. I ALWAYS remember my mum being on a diet and i also remember her having clothes hanging her wardrobe with the tags still on but I could never work out why. It was only recently that it dawned on me that she must have bought them to slim into and I seem to have picked up the same habit without even realising it. I won't buy clothes in my current size
I can also relate to getting chocolate and biscuits to eat in secret because my mum used to say I couldn't have them.
Having a positive outlook on food and being happy about your weight is priceless in my book so good on you x

i am so so so so so happy for u both! i am with becky the spaner part made me giggle!!
i always remember my mum being on a diet and i was always a thin girl until my mum n dad split when i was 15 then i ate and my mum dint so i got bigger n she got smaller!
its always good to have a good relatioship wit food and pass it on to ur children! a day doesnt go by now when i make sure lucas has fruit and veg coz i want him to b a healthy lil boy!!
