yeh thanks for inspiring to get orf the butt!!

just done day 1,had trouble with the lunges it wouldnt record most of them so i skipped them...LOL,burned 163.8 cals im doing high intensity till i get fed up!!

think im gonna do a new (cals burned) ticker.
good luck for day 2 tomoz,we will have our rest days when we should as well eh?

Well done! Weird about lunges though... used to not record my squats, then Imoved the strap a little lower and it's fine now.

Yes, will try and do it early tomorrow toget it out way as I'm out on the town tomorrow night (ut-oh!)

I'm doing High intesity too - did 163 cals tonight too! lol Cals burned tracker is a great idea! Will do one too - how many calls you going to aim for?

Erm not sure think i might just do the ticker like the press-ups one ive already got and just add the cals as i burn them?
ha ha im out on a girlie nite too tomoz!!so will do mine in the morning whilst neighbour is fixing bloomin oven,,,x :eek:

Day 3 completed just now. God it was hard in this heat, AND I'm quite wheezy from heyfever today, so did medium rather than hard, but least I did it ;)

lol I dragged her round mine to help with the DIY :D

AND I had a hangover! I don't hold out much hope for weigh in - drank and ate loads at weekend, but had a bl**dy good time, so who cares! ;)

Well shock of shocks, I lost 1lb!! SO chuffed, would have been happy with sts! EA sports really does help, I'll never moan about it again (ok, so I will, but I won't do today)

Jammy Twiggy didn't go to weigh-in today as she got free (yes FREE!) tickets to Take That tonight. Am so jealous that I may never speak to her again! :)

It would have been worth getting all hot & bothered over them..mind you ive only ever liked jason orange & people have speculated about him batting for both sides for ages:(.
