Well ... put on a 1lb bit annoyed, but there you go.

Now, I need HELP please ... really can't get motivated at the moment - I think it's cos I've got a difficult weekend/half a week coming up with a party on Saturday then an away conference Sunday - Wednesday, where all meals are provided so I know it'll be difficult, if not impossible to be good. SO, when I know I'm going to be bad, for some reason it makes me not able to stick to it before...

THEN after that I've got a holiday coming up, so I neeeeed to stick to it. Please someone help me with some motivation and a kick up the bum....

While you are away all you can do is make the best choices you can
do buy carrots and fruit and eat something in your room before going for meals to limit the damage
have a very light soup to start your meal if you can that will help fill you up
NO dressings if you want something ask for some balsamic vinegar
make sure you eat all the free food on the plate first then the least expensive points wise so when you leave something its the higher pointed stuff

cant think of anything else but good luck
 
Think H's point of eating free and then low pointed food first is a great plan - I would never have thought of that. That way, you are leaving stuff cos your are full not cos you think you have to.

I suppose the other thing to think Sharon, is that you don't want to undo the good work you have done so far in a temporary blip

Give yourself a little bit of leeway - maybe add a 2 or 3 points each day. xx
 
Are you joining twiggs in the isle of wight? if so you can encourage each other to be good.. i too put on a lb this week,must be catching! x
