Now, I need HELP please ... really can't get motivated at the moment - I think it's cos I've got a difficult weekend/half a week coming up with a party on Saturday then an away conference Sunday - Wednesday, where all meals are provided so I know it'll be difficult, if not impossible to be good. SO, when I know I'm going to be bad, for some reason it makes me not able to stick to it before...
THEN after that I've got a holiday coming up, so I neeeeed to stick to it. Please someone help me with some motivation and a kick up the bum....
