Shrimp, I noticed you said you had your third pack, then went for a run. Do you eat anything after your run ?
This week, I have been having a porridge in the morning. A bar late afternoon, about an hour ish before the gym. Then pasta/soup/shake, whatever I fancy after the gym.
I just wondered when the optimum time to eat was. I was always under the impression that eating after a workout was good, as it really burnt up the calories quickly, but I'm not sure why I think that![Eek! :eek: :eek:](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
