I am trying to lose but I have been all over the place with food. I feel I need to get back to normal food and be in control. The be in control has been tough and I have put a few pounds on. This has scared me that I can't balance my weight without Exante....Brilliant shrimp! Are you still losing or ate you now maintaining? I'm still trying to lose and am always looking for ideas xxx

Oh Lynne...thank you xHi Shrimp. I imagine it will take time for your body to adjust. I've just looked in my calorie carb and fat bible and it says that a very active 10 stone woman, aged 30 to 60, needs a calorie balance of 2441 to maintain. (It's 2034 for moderately active, 1763 for moderately sedentary and 1627 for very sedentary). To lose 1/2 lb per week you have to reduce this by 250, 1 lb per week by 500, 1.5 lb per week 750 and 2 lb per week 1,000. I can't see how you won't lose weight if you keep having balances of only 602.
