You are doing so well. After my 5k earlier in the week have felt too rough to do anything but I am planning10k next then a half marathon. Have been looking at training plans. All good in theory! Weight coming off slowly but clothes fitting much better. Am off to Thailand on 31st so going to plod on till after that and have a major push up to Christmas
Marge it was so dark and the rain so heavy I had to take my glasses off and could not see what I was stepping into. The standing water was shocking and I hit back like a drowned rat...straight into a jot bath!Well done on the run. Very refreshing and energising in the thunder![]()
Well I have had a great day. Started with a very long ride into the forest with the horses, they were very funny (competitive) together. Back at the yard and washed!
home and the treadmill arrived...everyone has had a go!
i did 3.75 miles on it.
just have a smoothie Mage with blue berries, blackberries and a banana as well as parsnip soup for tea.
