Lunch was bacon, avocado, egg and feta salad. Added jalapeños and mayo after pic.

Dinner was 2 x cheeseburger royals from mcd's - ditched bread of course and scraped off ketchup so just carbs for the onion and pickles - say 5g. Yum! Was very hungry after German class and then kids swimming lesson.

May have small snack when hubby gets home later if hungry.

See what I mean that looks fab

Glad you liked it :). I am having it for lunch again today - it's so easy isn't it?

Lunch was egg fu yung. Doesn't look that pretty but tasted sensational! Served with half an avocado on the side and soy sauce.

Hi Kals, think you will really enjoy Atkins. Makes a real change from SW.
Looking forward to checking out your menus :)

Dinner was 'whooshie pie'!
Pack of beef mince split in to two (with a third of a small onion. Garlic granuals amd
I added chilli flakes and Italian herbs) made in to burgers. Mixture of 1t English mustard. 1t horseradish and half a tub of Philadelphia spread on bottom burger then top burger placed on top. Bake in oven 155'C for 55 minutes. I served with runner beans.

Absolutely delish and usually you get a little whoosh of weight loss after eating it - we will see!

I bought the mid fat one if you know what I mean? You can buy the one with lots of visible fat in and it's allowed on Atkins but i prefer the middle one. You can also use the lean mince but it's not necessary on Atkins and its twice the price here!

You will love this - so delish! ;-)

You're welcome hunny - I'm glad you liked it xx

One week on Atkins and not even the slightest urge to cheat:D. I feel great - full of energy. Will weigh in Monday.

B - half an avocado, 3 slices of streaky bacon, spoonful jalepenos, small amount grated cheddar and some mayo (yummy).
