Hiya hun! I did end up going out after much arm twisting! I had quite a sedate night though so all is good on the syns front, woooo! :D

Sunday 16th June (EE)

The food plan so far...


Breakfast:

Banana

Lunch:

Wholemeal toast (HexB)
1 SW fried egg
Bacon
Loads of mushrooms
Balsamic roasted tomatoes
Ketchup - 1 syn

Supper:

Chicken egg fried rice with added mushrooms, peppers and mange tout

Snacks and drinks:

1/4 of a chocolate mint scan bran cake topped with sweetened quark - 2.5 syns (allowing for the oil in the peppermint extract)
Douwe Egberts caramel coffee (HexA)
Coke - 7 syns, doh!





Syns for today: 10.5

Total syns: 43

Random post alert, but I have to say, I'm actually feeling really upbeat and positive today. I think all the stress of the last couple of months culminated in my virus that I had at the end of last week, and now that I'm starting to feel better from that a lot of the stress I've been feeling seems to be seeping away with it. It might sound weird, and it's hard to explain, but it's as if the stress has manifested itself as physical symptoms which I'm now able to get rid of.

I'm odd I know! :eek:

Oh no that sounds good and sometimes stress can make us ill
So maybe a few days rest has made everything seem better too x

I am completely and utterly exhausted tonight...I managed to get 2 hours sleep last night :eek: I've get to stay behind in school today as my colleagues has a faculty meeting and all I feel like doing is falling asleep! Yawn!

Chicken, chorizo and potato stew - 3.5 syns
Green beans

Supper:

Chicken and cheese on toast with Worcestershire sauce (HexA and HexB)
Watermelon
2 Tesco light choices sausages - 2 syn

Snacks and drinks:

1/4 of a chocolate mint scan bran cake topped with sweetened quark - 2.5 syns (allowing for the oil in the peppermint extract)
Small piece of lemon cake - 10 syns, oops!

Tell you what ladies, my scales better start moving before Friday as they're showing 6lb up at the moment! :eek::eek: I've been a bloomin angel so it better bog off before I weigh myself on Friday morning otherwise I'll be really miffed!
