I'm exactly the same, I never get my hopes up for anything! If I feel like I'm not going to get it or I've done badly, it always seems to turn out right! So I try not to think too much about things!

I'm having a tiring week, can't seem to stop yawning! I find myself cooking the same things too out of habit, if I like something I'll eat it all the time, then I get bored of it! I do really enjoy cooking though so it's good to experiment with new things, I really need to try more! Might start taking photos of anything new I make :)

Have you any exciting plans for the weekend? I'm supposed to be cooking a meal for my friend and I, I'll have to make sure it's a yummy SW alternative!!! x

Evening lovely! The lemon greek style muller lights are really yummy! I got mine in Tesco, but have also seen them in Morrisons I think. Not sure whethere they're as nice as the coconut ones, but they make a lovely change :) xx

I wish I was like you........you always write your food diary....I'm hopeless! Can't remember the last time I updated mine. Could be something to do with a new puppy who thinks night time means play time/howl time/bark time lol.
When I'm over the tiredness I'm going to make a real effort to eat the same as you. You're so good!! Well done!!! :)

I don't blame you for being tired hun if you've got a new puppy to contend with! Any pics floating around??? I love dogs!

I'm trying to be good with my eating at the moment, and if I don't fill in my diary then things start going to pot, lol! I end up inhaling syns at a rate of knots! ;) It also helps to moderate my drinking at a weekend, as I hate to have to admit to bingeing, so it helps me not to drink too much (usually! :eek:) It does worry me slightly that I only seem able to stay on plan while I'm filling in a food diary...it's probably not a very sustainable way to live is it, filling in a diary forever more! Maybe in time I'll get better at staying disciplined with food when I'm not writing everything down :) xx
 
Friday 21th September (EE)

Afternoon all! Or is it evening? When does evening start? I don't know, and with it being a Friday my brain is too tired to work it out! I'm pleased to report a 2lb loss this week, yay! :bliss: Only another 1.5lb to go and I'll have lost a stone, woooo! :D I still have another stone and a half to go to reach my lowest weight on SW since starting, but I finally feel like I'm back in control of my eating habits. It's a good feeling! :)

I didn't post my diary yesterday as I was on a school trip - we went to see a production of The Tempest...in Welsh!!! It was actually really good...I didn't understand every word, but there were some subtitles for the major events so I didn't feel lost with the plot!

Pork risotto

Supper:

Tuna, sweetcorn and mayo sandwich (HexB) + 3 syns
Omelette (HexA)

Thanks hun! :D Not a lot planned for the weekend...I've got 3 sets of books to mark, so that's about 70ish books in total :( I'm aiming to do one set tonight, and then most of the rest tomorrow as I hate working on a Sunday. Sunday is a day of rest (and recovery! ;)) as far as I'm concerned, so I need to get my backside into gear and get on with it!

How about you hun? Any plans? xx
 
No plans really :( OH is working 12 hour shifts all weekend so I'm here with the puppy from hell lol. Popping out into the local town after lunch tomorrow with my 12 year old, just so the dog gets used to being left on his own for a while. He's hard work at the mo but will be worth it in the end. I hope lol.

Morning all! Busy busy so far...I marked one lot of books last night, but I'd really like to have marked the other two sets by the time I go out tonight. If I manage it then I won't have much to do tomorrow, only writing up the minutes of our Science meetings.
