Hi Hun :) thought I'd check in and see how you're going?! You're meal plans sound so much healthier than mine.... you fit in so much fruit! I wish I liked fruit but I can only eat apples... something about the texture that I don't like! My OH thinks I have a 'phobia'! I've only just started eating fruit bits in yogurts haha, onwards and upwards I guess! I've bought an orange to try... can you believe it.... nearly 30 yrs old and I've never eaten an orange!!! Fingers crossed I can grow to like it and just eat loads of fruit and yogurt for breakfast!!

Have you had your weekly weigh in? Mine went up :( EE just is not for me!

P.s I never tried out the cowboy pie... one day soon!

I hope your week is going well so far! xx

Hiya lovely! Sorry I haven't popped over to your diary for a while - I'm full of lurgy at the moment and busy in school, so it's about as much as I've been able to do to just fill in my food diary. I do try to fit in quite a bit of fruit, although I know I should probably replace some of it with vegetables. I just prefer fruit though, so I guess it can't be doing me too much harm :)

You're a braver woman than me mind - I don't do bits in yoghurt (as a general rule!) Especially strawberry bits - they're so slimy! :yuk: Fingers crossed for your orange experience - I get fed up with peeling oranges as their skin is so thick! It's definitely a job for the sharp knife :)

Sorry to hear you had a gain with EE...it might be worth trying another week though as it could just have been a bad week? I find EE so much easier as I don't have to think too much about what I'm eating with what. If that makes sense! I lost most of the weight I lost initially on EE, but everybody's different and I do have the odd green or red day now (love the fact we can have extra Hexs on those days! :D)

What is the cowboy pie by the way? I'm intrigued.

Hope you have a fab week hun! :) xx

P.S. I lost 1lb this week, so I'm happy with that :)

Congrats on the weight loss!!! Fingers crossed these red days will bring some loss for me!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well, work and lurgy do not mix! I get a terrible case of leaky eye when I have a cold! I work in a school also, although I'm not a teacher, I do all of the design work. It's open evening tomorrow so it's mega busy! Been creating PVC banners, brochures, postcards, you name it!

I've not tried the orange yet... will attempt it later haha. I know what you mean about the slimy fruit feeling in yogurts, but if I can eat that, I should be able to eat the real thing?! I'm strange!

I think cowboy pie is minced beef, baked beans, potato.... some other things thrown in. Will try next week perhaps and let you know! SW recipe.

By the way in case you don't see, I've posted a recipe on my blog for diet coke chicken, the one I used. Was really good!

Have a great week! xx
