Hmmm...the guy I've been chatting to just randomly disappeared without a trace...nothing left in my inbox or sent messages. This is why I don't bother! :(

Why not?

You had a laugh, a flirt and a bit of a giggle. It cheered you up over the weekend.

Not like it was anything serious, so move on to the next. Doesn't need to make you stop! X

I just don't get it though hun...we were having a really nice conversation, and then he just disappeared. I reckon he must have been deleted by admin for something to leave no trace at all, because usually you're left with inbox messages or sent messages.

I just don't know whether I can be bothered with the hassle...I'm tired of flirting and things never going anywhere, I'm just too old! :( xx

Hey Hun I see no harm in online dating as long as your weary and things my sil had 2 bad experiences on there so I'm quite weary off them i thinks it nice to chat but id be weary off meeting them until you really know them, but then I guess you never know they might be genuine !! It's a tough one !!
Hope your ok how's your dad any more news ??

Hmmm I don't know then. Do you have another email address or something?

Just think of it as a bit of fun and something to do when you're bored. Don't over think it and what will be will be xx

How you doing sian? Don't be :( as Mrs S said, you had a chat and a flirt and you had a bit of fun with it at the weekend. With sites its inevitably going to be a bit different and people can just vamoose but don't let it dishearten you. And you're not too old!! Never too old for fun!
And it shouldn't be hassle, you don't want to settle for just anyone - just put it down to experience ay?
He will come, whoever he may be and then the hassle will seem worth it.
So get back on that flirting horse, dust yourself off and get back out there! Xx

I guess you're all right :( I think because I'm such a sensitive soul I naturally assume that if something like that happens then I must have said something really horrendous or something (even though I know it's not true). I guess I just get a bit paranoid! Xx

Don't take it so seriously. You haven't met him or spoken to him. His breath might stink, he might scratch his balls in public, eat with his mouth open , get off his face drunk, be a rapist or just a time waster, he might have done you the greatest favour of your life................or on a plane back to the u.k.

You are a lovely, lovely person, It was cyber, flesh and blood is best.

That is one of the things we love about you ,your sensitivity is part of you and I really understand the paranoid bit.

My sis met her late fiancé on line but was very, very wary before she met him and put allsorts of safety measure in place when she did eventually meet him. Another friend married someone she met on line but once again the key was to be wary at all times.

Mr. right will come along when you least expect it, at a time when you are not even looking for him.

We all love you xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Awww! Thankyou ladies! I know I'm a silly sausage...I develop feelings towards people far too easily. I guess if the site decided to delete him, then it's probably for the best if we're not contacting each other. It's a shame though, as I'm usually a pretty good judge of character and he seemed really nice. Never mind, I'm sure there'll be others! xx

Hiya hun! Don't worry, I wouldn't be meeting anybody until I was as sure as I could be that they're not some serial killer or something, lol! :D:D

With regards my dad...they've decided he's got to go to Cardiff for a biopsy on the growth in his brain, and they've said if they can they'll operate while he's there. At least he seems a bit more positive :) xx

Hi hunnie - fingers crossed for your dad. Re: the guy I can only agree with everyone else. Mr Right is out there for you hun he will turn up when your least expecting it x
