Afternoon all! Apologies for my absence - I'm not even going to make an excuse. I just couldn't be bothered! I had a really bad SW week this week, hence the lack of a diary. I really must try to get past the mentality of, "oh I've blown my week, so I might as well just carry on eating rubbish!". On the basis of my really bad week, I put on 1/2 a pound this week. I'm really surprised it was only half a pound to be honest as I was expecting about 4lb. It may well catch up with me next week, haha! Better try to be good to counteract that!

Evening all! Well I'm reporting in with a STS this week. I guess I wasn't really expecting a loss as it's TOTM at the moment, but I'm a bit disappointed all the same as I've been good this week - considering I'm on holiday this week I haven't really eaten rubbish and I've barely touched alcohol. Let's hope next week's WI is better :(

Saturday 10th November (Green)

Morning all! Sorry for the lack of posts over the past week. It's been a hectic first week back as we had Open Evening on Thursday to prepare for, so there have been a few busy and late nights. I'm pleased to say I lost 2lb this week though, wooooo! :D It's going in the right direction again, yay! Long may it last though as I've got a few social events coming up between now and Christmas, so I'm just going to have to be as good as possible when I'm not not eating/drinking out!

Yesterday, however, was not a very good day, oop! :eek: We had a bit of a buffet at work as a thankyou for our hard work in the run up to Open Evening. I tried to stay as healthy as possible, but I'm going to estimate the day at 20 syns + 2 x HexB and 2 x HexA. Think that ought to cover it :)
