I went into Tesco earlier, and on their cheese counter they had a new cheese...Wensleydale with white chocolate, milk chocolate and orange. I've only had a teeny bit, but it's lush! xx

What a day!!! I've not long got home...I was working on a literacy project with a colleague until 6.30, bloomin knackered now! I also had McDonald's on the way home...not a good food day!

Morning ladies. Firstly, I'm sorry for my absence. It's been a long and tiring week in work and I've been feeling a bit grotty...not a good week by any means. My totm has also arrived again only 2 weeks after the last one, so I'm not a happy bunny. It's explained the crying and craving cake and crap though. As a result, I gained 1lb this week, but after the McDonald's and cake I've eaten this week it's not really surprising

I've decided I'm just not buying any treats this week, I'm going to make scan bran cakes and have those as treats if I want something sweet, or a meringue nest. I've got to pull myself together otherwise I'll be the size of a house before long! xx

Breakfast:

Banana

Lunch:

Uncle Ben's chicken savoury rice - 2.5
Turkey and tarragon casserole (HexB + 3 syns)

Supper:

Small baked potato with smokey garlic baked beans
Ham, onion and cheese omelette (1.5 x HexA + HexB)
Ketchup - 0.5 syns


Snacks and drinks:

Douwe Egberts chocolate coffee (remaining HexA)
