It's sunday people !!!!!!! the day of rest 
I got up at 9.30

Hey Roziee, I am dead chuffed I got up and got it all done early....have just got up from a 2 hour nap and feel really good...the sun is shining and I am day 6 100%, can't get better than that, enjoy your day, I did a load of batch cooking yesterday, so freezer is full and ready to roll lol xxxx
And what are Sunday's for then if not to be lazy hunni :giggle:, just cos I got up and had a burst of energy, doesn't mean everyone should lol xxxOh gosh now i feel really lazy that the furthest Ive got is out of bed and onto the settee

I am truly back in the zone, and feeling good, I love spring my favourite time of year, been a struggle to get back on track, but here I am and I can't wait to prove it .

Not got time for anymore naps right now, Kia has just turned up, said she wants to stay with us cos she hates Kelsi :giggle: I remember being and feeling exactly like that with my sister and that was only yesterday :8855:
So Mal has just taken her to the park while I am going to have a long soak in the bath and then when they get back we are going to do some baking, desperately been raiding my slimming world recipes for tasty non fattening goodies that she can bake and I can taste if need be ...wish me luck :giggle: xxxxxx

my daughter actually moved in with my mum so be warned
it started as a temp arrangement following a big operation, mums house is bigger, once she got her feet under the table and was spoilt rotten she stayed put . i saw her every day and have a really good relationship with her but sometimes i do regret it :sigh:

Hey everyone, I knew baking would be a bad idea lol....I am pretty sure I stayed within my syns but had to ditch the skinny latte and velvet crunch to do so lol....Kia made the star biscuits from the christmas made extra easy book.....they are so yum...i had 5, but she made a lot more than the recipe said but used the exact ingredients, so need to actually work out how many syns that was ....just worked it out and it's actually just under 7.5 syns, so if I say 7.5 I'll be good so best adjust my menu now lol.

Are you having the grandkids a lot over the Easter hols cos I know both you and they enjoy it.
I love baking and hate cooking - how strange am I - don't answer that

Hey LMC, I have had a full 100% week so far, even with the star biscuits last night, I was well within my syns and it was really nice to actually have something different for a change, just hope the scales are kind to me tomorrow, cos I've had rice 3 times this week and it doesn't usually agree with my weight loss, we'll see though :hug99: xxx

Hey sweetie, I wasn't planning on having the grandkids, even though I do love them being here, but seems Kia has planned to stay with us all week lol, Kelsi has damaged her knee and is on crutches, plus she's nearly 14 and wants to be at home and have her friends come stay, Jack I can never tell, he's a real Mummy's boy and often wants to stay with her, but then comes here and doesn't want to go home as there are loads of kids round here his age and a massive green outside my front door that they can happily play on, plus there is only 1 way in and out of my road, and I can see the whole of it from my windows, so they can play out all day and I don't and they don't either, have to worry .
Kia on the other hand is here and wants to be here all the time lol, she is a bit of a hard case (on the outside) is Kia and is the middle child, she definitely suffers from middle child syndrome and can't bare her brother and sister, so is often naughty and likes to wind them up, but here she is as good as gold....they are going to see Lyla later in the week so she will have to go home at some point lol
I prefer cooking dinners than baking, so even without me saying anything yesterday, Kirsty and Kia baked and are going to do some more tonight, cos it's buffet night at group tomorrow night xxx:hug99: xxx
I prefer cooking dinners over baking, my mother was the opposite and was absolute carp cooking dinners lol sunday dinner consisted of her preparing veg and then putting it on to cook and then getting the roast out of the freezer. So veg was on at 9am and was topped up with water all day long and potatoes were always burnt, (seen hundreds of pans of potatoes go flying up the garden, from my fathers hands)...but she was the best baker, cakes, pastries, you haven't lived till you've had my mothers coffee walnut cake, or madelines, or cream horns or the best of all, her hot tea loaf :drool:, sadly she died and took all her recipes with her or maybe that's a good thing lol :hug99: xxxx
Morning lovely Kally, i didn't end up baking with Kia, Kirsty did...so I had a lovely long soak while they did and pampered myself.....but they made hundreds of (well actually 79 in total) sweet biscuits, very yummy at 1.5 syns each, I had 5 ....Mal had none cos he said they were too crunchy for him and the other 74 were eaten by Mark, Kirsty and Kia ...likkle piggies lol
They are making more tonight apparently for buffet night at group tomorrow night, I am making scan bran scotch eggs and home made spicy coleslaw...yum yum :hug99: xxxx

well I feel really happy and full of the joys of spring today, am excited about wi tomorrow night, expecting a good loss :fingerscrossed: Have been 100% so far ...hope I am today too, shouldn't see any reason not to be.

1) Woke feeling really happy and excited about wi tomorrow
2) I have the house to myself, while Mal has taken Kia swimming
me time (I don't swim, am crap, so must one day actually learn to do it properly)
3) My hands and feet (touch wood) are in really good condition, that alone will make me really happy lol
4) I have a wonderful family that I love and adore and who love and adore me back
5) I have the best mini friends in the world and I love and adore you all
6) This is day 7 of being 100% and I feel great, bring it on !! xxxx
