Extra Easy Day

Breakfast:
Tea
(HEA 250ml Semi)
3 Large strawberries sliced, a banana and a muller light.

Lunch:
2 x scrambled eggs with dash of milk from HEA, ketchup ** 1 syn **
Mushrooms, and one slice of bread half of HEB.

Snack as we were out for a walk weather was lovely:
Coffee (HEA) ** 1 syn sugar **
Dr pepper zero
Ryvita ** 2 syns **
Chicken breast in marinade ** 2 syns **

Tea (later at night time)
Chicken breasts, onion, garden peas, mushrooms, curry sauce ** 4 syns ** brown rice.
Banana and muller light for dessert.

Again a decent result for a sunday. Made my own curry instead of ordering a chinese :p

Breakfast:
Porridge (HEB1) made with water and a portion of skimmed milk (HEA1), sweetener, banana sliced & honey 1tsp ** 1 syn **
Water x 2
Coffee with HEA1 x 2

Lunch:
Half a packet of pasta and sauce bulked out with mixed veg & mushrooms.
Water

Snack:
Red grapes, sugar free redbull, bit of Eddies (my leftover dinner!) pasta & sauce before tea.

Tea
Quorn shepherds pie. Gravy ** 2 syns **
Ketchup ** 1 syn **
Muller, banana raspberries and grapes.

Hot choc using HEA1 **1.5 syns**
HEA2 - Cheese 28g



 
Monday 8th March

So I got the 'grass is greener' feeling going on for about.. an hour.
Decided to try slimfast.. yuck.
Had it for my breakfast. Not synning it as I was experimenting and didnt have anything else ontop :rolleyes: Tasted like doodoo!

Monday 8th March ( First day of * week!)

Odd day cant really give it a 'type' but limited to one HEA and 1 HEB so im guessing closest to EE.

Breakfast:
250ml skimmed milk (hea)
2 scoops slimfast (yuck!)

Snack:
Handful of red grapes.
Hot choc ** 1 syn ** chucked some of it away!

Lunch:
Chicken mugshot
1 x bread (heb)
Muller light
Few pieces of shapers salted popcorn from mum ** 1 synish! only 4.5 in all bag! **

Tea:
Turkey breast in marinade ** 4 syns **
Potatoes boiled, mushy peas, ketchup ** 1 syn **

Hot choc with milk ** 2 syns **
Ryvita thins ** 6 syns **

Not bad for * week coming

Breakfast:
Hot choc - coconut flavour - dash of milk ** 1.5 & 0.5 syns **
Oatso simple HEB porridge with dash of HEA1 milk - 350 skimmed and raspberries.

Snack around 11am
2 x eggs scrambled
Ketchup ** 1 syn **
Coffee (HEA1)

Lunch:
3 fruit thins ** 4.5 syns **
Super low fat super noodles bulked out with mushrooms
Biscuit again! ** 1.5 syns **

Tea:
Jacket potato, cottage cheese, beans & salad.
Fanta zero 330ml

Pudding:
WW mint torte ** 8.5 syns **

Had more food around 10pm was starved;
Mushy peas, a muller and raspberries!

Overall a DECENT day to say how heavy I'm on * week :(

HEB1 porridge oats made with water and splash of HEA1 (350ml skimmed milk) raspberries and medium banana, 1 tsp honey ** 1 syn **

Snack:
Jazzy ginger options ** 2 syns **
Biscuit ** 1.5 syns **

Lunch: RED
2 x slices wholemeal bread (HEB2)
chicken and bacon sliced
Mayo ** 3 syns **
Coffee (HEA1) with sweetener

Tea: GREEN
Medium jacket potato, cottage cheese (free, checked), salad and baked beans.
Banana and honey ** 1 syn **
Hot choc ** 1.5 syns ** coconut flavour using HEA1

Snacks:
Diet redbull x 1
330ml of Fanta Zero Lemon

Lovin mix2max gives me the flexibility I need when out & about :)

Lunch: Green
Wholemeal pasta, passata, mushrooms & baby corn>
Few tbsp free cottage cheese (Checked).
Minimilk x 1 ** 1.5 syns **

Snacks:
Babycorn x 3
Coffee (HEA1)

Tea: Red
Turkey breast, sliced. Brocolli, carrots, baby corn.
Very small amount of gravy ** 1.5 syns **
Cereal bar ** 4.5 syns **

Sunday night treat:
WW choc topped dessert ** 8 syns **
Fanta Zero - 330ml.

Forgot to have my 2nd HEB as is required on m2m but made up for it in other areas I'm sure :D

Lunch: GREEN
Tomato & Herb pasta and sauce (2/3 of a pack!) with added mushrooms.
Muller light & chewee cereal bar ** 4.5 syns **

Snack:
Handful of red grapes
Sugar free redbull 'shot'
Green tea with pineapple & grapefruit>

Tea: RED
Cod, Small jacket potato (HEB2), 28g cheddar (HEA2), mushrooms, salad.
Muller, small bananan, grapes.

Snack:
Cereal bar chewee ** 4.5 syns **
Coffee using remainder of HEA1
Green tea with citrus.
Small handful red grapes.

Drinks:
Water, coffee & sf squash.

Total syns:
