That's gd! The egg white is fine :) I sometimes have a bit of chicken if I'm really hungry! U will have a gd loss tomorrow no doubt :) do u have a diary on here? Xx

Yeah it could have been a bag of cheese & onion crisps (which is what I reeeeally wanted lol) instead so I'm pleased I went with the egg white! Yep my diary is "I can't be fat and 30" - which is what I keep repeating to myself everytime I'm hungry lol! x

Yeh I had a weak moment bk in week 3 I sat with a packet of cheese n onion in my hand staring at them for ages but I eventually put them back in the cupboard lol I'll come and subscribe to your diary :) xx
 
Can't believe I'm in week 12 already! :) not feeling hungry again today either but I've had my first shake of the day anyway as didn't want to leave it too late! Got emergency turkey (wee change from the chicken) in the fridge incase I'm struggling anytime this week. It's usually a Saturday as I'm up from 5am so 3 packs don't keep me going til say 11pm lol

Anyway having a quiet day today before I start work at 5. Doing some washings and bits n bobs around the house before my mum n dad are back from holiday on Thursday. It has flew in! Will miss having the house to myself.. Well apart from my sis lol. And getting to watch what I want on tv!

Love having a gab on here even if I do feel like I'm talking to myself sometimes hehe :p have a gd day everyone xx
 
I'm sure theres always someone listening. You've done so well, I wonder I you're family will notice that you've lost some more weight whilst they've been gone.

Yeh my mum said she would prob notice it more once she's back as she sees me everyday xx
 
In a foul mood today, just had my 2nd shake even though I'm not that hungry. Hunger seems to have disappeared totally this week...maybe something to do with it being week 12 who knows! Just can't be bothered with anything today xx
 
I swear my hair has got thinner :( and it's shedding more than usual! Anyone else have the same prob? Though with all these vitamins n minerals my hair would be much healthier!! Xx
 
My hair is still recovering from pregnancy so can't really tell if the diet is making it worse or not. But I'm sure it'll only be temporary.

Yeh I hope so! I'm sooo cold too lol but I know that's a side effect of ketosis and plus we don't have much of a summer right now either! Xx
 
Unfortunately hair loss is a side effect of the cambridge diet, says so in the handbook xx

I'm getting to the stage where I'm fed up :( but I'm still loving the results! Hope step 2 next week changes things up a bit for me n keeps me motivated! xx
 
Is there anything you could do to cheer yourself up? Book a spa break or go shopping, something to reward yourself for how far you've come but that will also help you stay motivated? Or book something for another months time to give you something to look forward too.

I'm all shopped out lol I have a night out next sat that I'm looking forward to so that's keeping me going at the mo xx
 
Grans shopping - done! Washing and ironing - done! Hoovering - done! Cleaning - done! Don't know what to do with myself now lol picking mum n dad up from the airport but not til later! Watching the biggest loser USA for a bit of inspiration xx
 
Hope your parents had a good flight back. Did they say anything when you picked them up? They must be chuffed that you did all the house work at least.
