SITC giving JUDDD a go

I just made it up as I was going! I pan fried chicken breast in fry light. Fried 1 courgette, 10 mushrooms and a tomato and made a sauce using some water, tikka masala powder and 2 spoons tomato purée and different herbs. Then mixed all together. I made enough for me and the bf so just split quantity on MFP to work out cals. Had it with 100g boiled broccoli too- it tasted quite good :) I think protein/veg is def the way to go on a DD!

I'm looking forward to some nice grub tomorrow too :)fried eggs for brekkie yuuummm gonna make my lunch up tonight to take to work tomorrow- I'm trying to lay off the carbs this week as they blow me up like a balloon- will get the calories up by eating healthy fats ( that's the plan!)

Ohh my word my mouth is watering, that sounds lush, def my kind of meal! Can i date u instead?! I'm gonna do that thurs night for sure :)

Ps im lovin the fact that we our having 2 convos on 3 threads. Multi task-tastic!

Have just told 'the date' i cant do lunch on st as only time ican box is 2pm. Have offered him dinner or lunch on sun. Lets see if the books coaching has paid of for me!

Alex it works!! Dinner on sat it is, blimey! He's offered to come up here which is preferable given I'll be knackered! Just have to be sure i dnt take him to the same places as i went with toby, they might remember me :-/

Terrible nutritional choices for me today and I've nearly converted to an UP day so many times, but I think I've just about made it too .... phew! :D

Yes girls we've all done it, high 5's all round!

Just popping my diary up. Not bothering with yesterdays, dont think it is of much use to anyone, unless u want to know how to eat ur own body weight in choc!
 
Yay to the end of a DD!!!! So pleased I managed to stick to it :) just finished off my 100 cals with a soft boiled egg and then 2 pots of jelly. Has anyone tried these badboys? Under 10 cals a pot and they are very sweet and tasty! Good way to use up the dreggs of the DD cals!

Oh and while I'm feeling all smug I've got my packed lunch all set for tomorrow - chicken salad and I've bumped up the cals by drizzling with lemon olive oil and adding olives and a big dollop of humous( almost drooling writing this!) have a full fat creamy yogurt and a pear too :)

Ps forgot to say, havent tried the jelly but will give it a whirl! Bought some low fat custrd but disapointingly high in cals and no good for DD's so jelly could be the winner
 
According to that horizon programme the people who ate fatty food lost the same amount as the people who ate diet food on the feed day?? Strange but I'll take advantage
