I just made it up as I was going! I pan fried chicken breast in fry light. Fried 1 courgette, 10 mushrooms and a tomato and made a sauce using some water, tikka masala powder and 2 spoons tomato purée and different herbs. Then mixed all together. I made enough for me and the bf so just split quantity on MFP to work out cals. Had it with 100g boiled broccoli too- it tasted quite good I think protein/veg is def the way to go on a DD!
I'm looking forward to some nice grub tomorrow too fried eggs for brekkie yuuummm gonna make my lunch up tonight to take to work tomorrow- I'm trying to lay off the carbs this week as they blow me up like a balloon- will get the calories up by eating healthy fats ( that's the plan!)
