SITC giving JUDDD a go

Right tomorrow is a fresh start for me and I'm gonna kick the arse out of tomorrows DD!!! I have a wedding on Friday and a gorgeous dress to wear and I wanna look and great!! So will have DD Monday, Wednesday and Saturday this week. Gonna do kettlebells every night too( did 30 mins today and I was pooped!)

No work tomorrow so need to keep busy!

Here's to a 100% DD CL- let's have a pact- if either of us feels ourselves about to cave we will come on here first and let the other know and hopefully be talked out of it!!!

Its a deal! Altho seriously, having done a rough calculation of yest that has given me a serious kick ul the heiny! Im genuinly amazed i fitted it all in tbh!!
Anyway, we'll smash today, goooood luck! X

We will- I'm feeling super positive!! We can do this :) it's only a day after all! How many cals you on? I'm 395 according to JUDDD calculator x
 
Morning all, my motivation is back in full force today so gonna stick rigidly to my DD today! It's operation wedding dress week( not my wedding!)

Here's a pic of the dress in question- it fits(when i bought it it didnt,yaaay!)but it's a bit snug- if I can lose a lb or 2 for Friday it'll def fit more comfortably! Hoping if I do my kettlebells every day this week that'll help tone me up too :)

I too am quite positive, zis is good!!
Mine are 452 but i don't want to go that high if can avoid it. Have boxing at 4 so need to eat decent food 2hra before so gonna aim for what i did friday which was a piece of pb on toast and small banana before training, and then in the wve if im starving a cuppa soup with some salad stuff mixed in. Came in at about 310cals i think.

Sounds good :) I once went to a boxing class and it was tough!! I could hardly move for days afterwards lol I am hungry just now... Cup of green tea it is!! My arms are achey from kettlebells yesterday, love that feeling cos means it's working!

Ha yes i ache too, its goood! Have also just glugged a lemony green tea and now my tum has gone mental! No food til 2pm though, dems da rules and i is sticking to them!
Funny though, just had one of those convos with myself (moments like that genuinly make me question my sanity!) and really after the amount i ate yesterday i don't actually need food today. I am technically fuelled up for about 4 days so my body saying ita hungry is nonsense! Would love to do anoter DD tomoz as got 2 Ups weds and thurs whilst away with work, but realistically don't reckon it will happen. I have written an ID plan so will see if i can manage that tomoz :)

Hey peeps,

So just had my dinner but still feel hungry :( now I've just eaten almost 300 cals so I don't think it's actually possible for me to be hungry- it's all in my head! It's so hard to fight those voices sometimes though!! I've drank loads of water today but just about to have a pint of juice now to see if that helps! Have about 100 cals left to eat today but am gonna do some kettlebells shortly and save them for later.
I have a feeling that it's gonna be a VERY early night for me tonight!!!

How are all my fellow DDers doing?!

I have work tomorrow and it's an UD, yaaaay :)
 
30 mins of kettlebells done and now having myself a coffee. Can feel the burn so hopefully that means I'll have the body of an athlete come Friday ;) lol!

Thinking about going down to Tesco( driving) to pick up some fake tan for this wedding. It'll kill a wee hour too then bf and I will watch a movie then it'll be BED time, woohoo :)

I am sooo looking fwd to food tomoz, but really gonna try for an ID. Might not run as got a flippin great blister on bottom of my foot (thanks trainers!) but least i wouldnt be so hungry. Trbl is i also need to be out the house and distracted!!

Ooh ur dinner has just been revealed to me! It looks gorgeous and so few cals! Is it a rexope or did u make it up? Tell me tell me!! Should we start a recipe thread? X
