SITC giving JUDDD a go

Morning SITC

It would be my 2 week weigh-in tomorrow too, but I've hidden the scales for a month, so I'll be really interested to see how you do.

Do you 'feel' like you're losing weight? Not sure I do, but it's early days of course.

Got there P. I'm not a daily weigher but i find weighing 2 x per week keeps me on the straight and narrow :) cannot wait to see your results after a month!

Hmmmm I'm not sure if I feel lighter tbh ( its been an eventful UP weekend!) but people certainly have commented that I've lost weight and ive only lost a couple of lbs since they last saw me! Perhaps this is down to the 'losing fat' effect that people speak about with JUDDD? I'm already at a healthy BMI so maybe every lb I lose is quite noticeable?! Hmmmm.....
 
Last DD before WI and I've allowed myself 500 cals today.

200 cal dinner made up with 100g chicken, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomato and red pepper.

Had 2 x funsize toffee crisps and still have 100 cals for later which is good because I still feel hungry!

Emmmm well I've gone a wee bit over- took the dog out a walk then came back and bf was making toast and omg the smell..... I had one slice and a boiled egg mashed in a cup with a scrape of lf marg. So maybe over by 100..... I am finding sticking to DD cals very hard after weekend UPs! Hope I've done enough to lose tomorrow- I'd LOVE a 2lb loss but I'll be happy with ANY loss :) gonna do some ab work and get to bed before i raid the fridge!! I have work tomorrow , yaaaay :)

You will get there hun. Important thing is you recognise things like that and aren't just dismissing it. Your figuring it out.
Are you eating coz u are hungry on DD's? Or kind of just coz u can, if that makes sense? Not saying my way is the right way at all, but for me i can ignore any little belly grumbles throughout the day with diet coke, coffee, green tea and water. Then at the end of the day i have cuppa soup or a cambridge shake as i dont want to go to bed hungry, but by that point 1 shake/soup is all i want. Or u could try spacing out cuppa soups throughout the day if u r getting hungry? The slimma soul chicken and veg ones r only 50cals. I dont put much water in mine at all so its all thick and it really does the job.
Thinking if u for ur wi, hope u see what u want to see xxxx

Ps my abs dont look like that now , that was beginning of july :-( Funny thing is i actually weigh less now but i trained a lot then. Getting back in to the swing of things now, an i thoroughly recommend circuits. I do what i learned on my jillian dvd, i work 2 body parts together but only for short periods of time eg today i will do chest and abs. Have about 5 exercises and do x10reps twice like chest press with a crunch. I then may go kn and do another body part like triceps and thighs but this is usually after a run so depends on how knackered i am! I love talking about all this stuff so always happy to go in to more details on exercises if u kr anyone else ever needs it :)

Guys I'm sorry I am late I've literally just sat my butt down.... This is gonna be a bit of an anti-climax I'm afraid..... I 'gained' 0.25 of a lb :(

Now I say 'gained' because really I don't think it's an actual gain of weight. I weighed about 7 am and hadn't yet been to the toilet. I had bread right before bed which will
Not be repeated as it always lead to a gain on the scales for me. I'm pretty certain after I had 'been', had I had the chance to weigh again, it would have been a loss or at least a STS( sorry if that's too much info!)

I'll not pretend that I'm not a bit pissed but I think I'll get a good loss next week now. I've been a bit over my DD cals too so I can't really moan....

So this week I need to stick religiously to my 395 DD cals.

Sorry to disappoint :(

No disapointment from me gorge, but I understand u feeling grumpers over it. I'm sure ur right re the bread and 'going' issue but we do tend to really focus on the number we see on the scales a lot! You have done really well and its still early days and ur getting in to the swing of things. I'm convinced ul see a fab loss next week.

Aww honey you have not disappointed us at all. Here's to a double dose of loss next week. I am always amazed not to see the scales go up on this diet eating all the foods I enjoy on my UP's so for that is still a fab achievement.

Well my UD today has been an odd one- was rushing out this morning to work abd forgot my breakfast/ lunch so didn't eat until about 4.30pm! I've kinda been stuffing my face since to get my cals in. I've had
Homemade veg soup and buttered bread roll
3 pieces of chocolate with almonds
Sausage, chicken and peppers in tomato sauce with couscous( cooked in olive oil)
Tangerine
Small handful of grapes
Half a Scone with marg and jam
Small bar White choc
Kettle chips
3 tsp peanut butter
