Hi , just started this week with 6 stone to lose , i know everyone is different but what is a realalistic time scale to achieve that amount of loss???
i weigh 15stone 4.5lb nowim aiming at 6 stone but i could do with shedding 7 :cry: because im 5ft 0 inch and weigh 16stone
