It is so nice to hear from you JulieH333, and day one is over with and stuck with it even though i was ordered to get fish and chips for everyone, but the main thing is i resisted which is a bonus as lately my willpower has been non existent. My confidence has grown immensely and though i have put on about half a stone i can feel myself loosing it as the weight increases and i never want to be how i was so its better late than never!!! I am back on SS and hoping to stay on it until the 8th May when its my sisters birthday and i will be going to London to celebrate and i will have that day off but then get straight back on it, i hope to be mid 10's by then. After my sisters birthday then i have nothing until the 4th July when its my brothers registry wedding and then i hope to be at least 9 something (preferably low 9s) and then after that September is the full on Asian wedding which I am aiming to be in the 8s for (which will take a miracle). So a lot to keep me motivated but its just not happening lol thanks for the ideas and with the weather being nice hopefully being out and doing more active things like walking or biking around are things we can do, but its kinda awkward because i don't know him that well and don't really want to say i'm doing the Cambridge diet so cant eat out, But he is currently training for a boxing match so at the beginning alcohol was pretty much a standard thing for us but now he's gone t-total which means i am too now and food wise we do go nandos quite a bit which i suppose we could pick worse places, so hopefully if we do eat out its nandos based but with me i am an all or nothing kind of person so when i am on SS i need to be 100% otherwise i completely go off the track but guess i need to work that out myself and SS isn't something i can be on forever and i need to learn to balance my diet when i am off SS if that makes sense. And well done you have done so good to keep at it and being only 2lbs away from goal
!!!
