Sts doesn't seem fair after all your hard work but really I bet your muscles were clinging to water after your mega bike ride!
Well done for sticking to plan regardless :) sorry not been on much- internet is a bit hit n miss here!
I'm not doing very well- either my food is OK and we go for a drink or we don't drink and eat crap! Can't help but feel I'm undoing all my hard work :-(

Are you having a good time though? That's most important thing.

I've found it hard getting this work done but its done I hope today to be signed off.

Today be tricky, our final years finish today and I expect treats in the staff room so I need to resist.

I have 2 x 13hr shifts next week so that could be hard. Plan well over weekend make sure I have plenty of food I can take.
 
Not had any syns all week so had a pasta lunch out. Been shopping so I'm ready for the weekend.
Got a busy one so must keep eating on plan so I don't skip meals and get hungry by later on and blow a great food week

Had a great hol and don't feel very different, normally when i come home i feel bloated, heavy and gross. I think taking the fruit and yoghurt healthy options, and choosing more carefully where possible, has really helped. Will find out the damage at WI on weds. Now it's back to plan for me!
Sounds like you have had a nice day shopping, and pasta is usually a pretty safe bet- what have you got planned for the weekend? I'm working on Sunday then going to watch a band in the evening- thinking about driving to avoid booze...

We've got a tester gymnastics session (not me, Jacob) a chikdrens birthday party and then maybe swimming Sunday.
My last bit of Uni work was sent today so for a week I hand no written work to do just a very busy visits week next week.
I'm weigh in on Tuesday and need to rethink my class as my Uni timetable is accounting for Mondays to well :-/ i need to sit down with a diary

Yeah I feel really focused strangely! It hasn't been terribly sw friendly but I'm hoping to pull it back a bit before WI. Shopping tomorrow for extra super free, running low.
We are going to Bruges (very spur of the moment booking!) around dec 13th, I'm hoping, optimistically, that I might reach target?!

Not really, more evening ones I might have to start an evening one I'm just dreading it because I can weigh 5lb heavier on an evening. Ill see I'm just taking a week at a time.

My sw lady sent me a card in post saying keep going I'm routing you get a loss this week, after my hard efforts last week got my a sts

That's so nice of your consultant :) you certainly deserve a good loss!
Hope to be there by then, but no pressure. I think Xmas might be a minefield! So will have til June to bring it back for the wedding lol x

I've decided for Christmas because of fact ill still have 2.5 maybe more to loose that I'm having, one meal when I go on a shopping trip with my mum and then upto Christmas Eve night and day then Boxing Day back to it. I don't over eat really at Christmas anyway but it's only time of year i really have a drink and its the sweets but I'm not going stupid. I don't want to spend all of January trying to get it off
 
I couldn't agree more. January is depressing enough without a massive gain to contend with!
Christmas just seems to go on and on in my house. Starts at OH's on Christmas Eve and doesn't really stop until two days after boxing day! I can be pretty bad for over indulging- that said I wasn't on sw last Christmas and I know how much better I feel in myself when I keep up with the superfree etc. One day at a time..
 
No chance had a long week and got long shifts next week a fun swim Sunday is as far as ill get. Then I'm planning next bike ride :)

That's supportive what's in your plan. Squat dips are great for backs of arm toning
 
Food sounds nice today- I always thought it would be hard taking batter off fish and not eating it but I don't mind too much!
If squat dips are the same as tricep dips(?!) then those, and I'm going to do some press ups too- girl ones to start then hopefully build up!
I read about an exercise where you lay on your back and lift small weights/tins up but I'm scared ill drop them on my face?!
