Sounds good - go for it!

My weigh ins are all over the place at moment it's going to be Thursday next week.

I best make the extra 3 days count. Before I go back to a Monday and only get a 4 day week.

On a long shift today so I'm up early to take my big pack up bag.

Fab! Well done :) what a boost! Just think about where you'll be this time next year!
It's under teams & challenges. Essentially mixing red and EE days, one salad per day, max 10 syns, alternate days for exercise and 2l water per day. Day 5 and I'm doing ok I think xx

Good to see what loss this brings this salad challenge :)

Feel like its to late that I've blown it and there's no point I've eaten everything in sight

It's a horrible feeling... Like you have lost control and can't get it back... I had a day like that yesterday too. I even got up in the night and carried on eating : ((
It's almost like, we feel like the damage is done so we carry on binging as if too punish ourselves..
Then the guilt sets in and it's so tempting to throw the towel in...
Well my plan is this, I face up to what I actually ate.
I write it all down, add up the calories or sins if you are SW. And then move on.
Plan for tomorrow. Choose your menu. It's a new day. A fresh start. Don't throw the week away for one bad day. The scales won't punish you if you jump back on plan the next day.
I know sometimes it's not easy to get back on the wagon especially around PMT time or other trigger times. But don't panic. This isnt a race, one day at time, it's a lifestyle change.,
You won't eat perfectly to plan everyday forever more, so be kind to yourself and accept there will be blips.
You are doing amazingly well. Big hugs xx

Ty this has helped, my bad Is something like 5-6 days long now. I just feel fed up, maybe because I do well in control and it minute I'm way out of control. My weigh in day changed again ill weigh in a week Thursday.
So it's not to late.

Went to a night weigh in to face music, I didn't Jude face music but a full blown orchestra, night weigh in was hideous I'm gutted but all I can do is be super good and look at it over a 2 week period when I'm back to my normal Monday morning a week on Monday
