Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

I've got countdown so I'm paid up until mid jan, but ill keep at it. I just need to find the class I can get to regular. My mums been amazing tbh she's even been setting me a meal aside from each sw one she cooks so I have meals in freezer after my long shifts. Just until I get back into it.

But I want this so bad for my trip.

How are you getting on?

That's so lovely of your mum :) mine has started getting into the sw mindset too, saving me soup aside before throwing cream in it lol
Are there lots of groups near you? Saturday morning ones seem hard to come by round here but could be good?
Getting on ok ta! 2lb from target now, getting there slowly but surely haha. I have had a few cheats but seem to have got away with it lately.
Want to be there and staying by Bruges trip 10th dec. shouldn't be a problem in theory!

There's no Saturday classes in my area.

I put on 1lb after my weeks of eating awful and one good week last week.

Which essentially means now with my other gains I'm back to where I started. So having messed about its time to actually get this weight off. I'm on for 100% week and week one ;) great loss next week. At least 3lb I want and I'm being strict on myself to get it.

I had a wagamama out yesterday, made on plan choices, no desert, didn't stop for cake or crap at all.

And now love edamame beans hope I can find some in the supermarket.

I weigh in tomorrow.
 
Sounds good- I hear wagamama can be quite sw friendly. What are those beans like? I love beans lol.

Lovely fresh, serve with salt or chilli salt, not got a massive strong flavour, which I like.

It is and it isn't, they were brilliant yesterday cooked my noodles with no oil. But the noodles are fresh so they are synned. The gyoza are only 2 syns each so we shared them :)

But I stayed away from pudding and cake and snacks so didn't
Mind a few syns on a cooked plate of fresh food
 
Yes let's have a good one :) I sat down today and wrote a full 7 day meal plan, its a great feeling to know what I'm having when. Why haven't I done this before!

I do this but usually go off from it by Wednesday, what I've done last few weeks is done a meal plan but not set days so when I have that meal I cross it off but I can change it about for my mood.

I fancy a good loss.
 
I made a cauliflower cheese soup a few weeks ago and it tasted like eating cheese sauce! So I thought I'd use that :) another woman has already tried it & confirms its fab ;-)
It's just an onion & clove of garlic softened, add cauliflower florets & veg stock, simmer til soft then blitz. Stir in cheese sauce (a whole cauliflower usually makes 4 portions so I use 4 hexAs worth). Don't forget the salt and pepper!
