Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

3lb off is great! When it goes on quick it usually comes off quick.
I weighed and had gone up to 10st9lb (Monday) but been reasonably good all week.
I have chosen to WI every Thursday and this thurs I was back down to 10st7.5lb so short lived gain. 3.5 to target..
How's your weekend looking x

Your so close to target have one great push and get it ur nearly there.

Then again having never been close to target maybe it's not the big climax I think it is.

I just overheard my next door saying he's lost 7.5stone in 5 months. I thought he'd lost a lot.

I need to get a shift on I'm really stalling around this 14 into 13 mark

Lol not harsh at all :) for me its not the climax it ought to be. I hit 10st a couple of years ago and felt good about myself for the first time ever and it was amazing. Now I'm reasonably happy around this weight- my confidence is creeping back and all but my 'skinny' clothes fit- and I can even squeeze into some of those haha.
You'll get there soon enough- how many lbs to go?

Rosie what happens if you book s holiday at start of a countdown? Do they deduct that week to the cost or just extend the date of the end of the countdown to add another week etc?

Starting a 12 week countdown today, I must make this count leading to Christmas
I won't get as much off as I hoped however if I go into the new year on right foot I will definitely be hitting my goals by spring and summer
 
I only weighed in on Friday so I'm not convinced its a 3lb fat gain but I got my countdown and I'm not messing about now. I'm having mixed weeks and I just need to have a totally spot on weeks now no messing about.
 
I'm failing miserably, I just have hit a wall where I don't want to do this for some stupid reason.

I've had a bad week (again) but replanned reshopped and going for it again.

I won't give up but i be lucky to loose even 1lb by Christmas let alone much else

In short I just didn't want to be arsed. Totally my own doing and choice.

But I'm back in the room and I will be in the 13's for Christmas.

I've knocking salads on head unless its a side salad. I'm taking boring salad for my lunch and not wanting it.

So I'm on soups, stir frys and nice food :)

Today's food

Poached egg, beans and mushroom.

Broccoli and Stilton soup (10 syns for the stilton over 3 portions)

Veg stir fry for tea
 
Finally got my head back in it. Been spot on today and tomorrow's food is

Soup lunch

Stir fry again for tea.

And a batch of fresh soup for Wednesday needs making going to try a lentil and bacon.

Tried sw rice pudding but then read it wasn't free it's. tweak so won't have that again.
 
Neglected my diet and my diary. But I'm back!!!!

I've been all over place lately my head just was not in the right space.

It is now I'm on plan and have readdressed my focus is to loose weight not change my whole life so I can make the group. I got so upset n stressed about working out how to get to class I forgot all about loosing the weight.

I've booked a get a way booked for me n my son next year and its much much needed.

But this weight has to come off
