Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

Hope you get back on track! It must be hard with chopping and changing WI too. What was the damage? :-( x

It was hideous, 6.5gain but I've gone evening and all my previous been morning. I'd had a full day if good on that as I wasnt planning in weighing in so I'm only going to accept it as a genuine gain if its still there week Monday morning when I weigh in properly.

The evening but will make a difference but can imagine it being hard to take :-(

Yeah I'm fine now, just a blip lol x
Fact my blips no longer last forever is a good thing however if I don't start getting losses then I really am just wasting my money

It's a good point re blips not lasting forever- but I can see your point. A friend of mine that I went to groups with is getting fed up of wasting her money, gaining an losing the same couple of lbs. I wouldn't say she's loaded but cash isn't tight in the same way it is for me so that's less of an incentive I think?

It's stupid just wasting money on same few pounds and of course gaining/loosing can take up a good month, when in that time you could potentially be 1/2 st lighter if not more.

I'm starting today totally fresh and on track. I'm taking my food to little ones gym class so I stay away from the cafe bacon butties. I'm going to take my recipe books and stay distracted.

Then gammon and egg for lunch and

Smoked chilli con carne (Quorn) with salad for tea.

Yeah I agree, she seems to have got some focus over the last week or so, fingers xd she gets where she wants to be by Christmas.

Working so just putting together a packed lunch. Feeling rubbish after eating a Pizza Hut last night :-/ a rare treat but the guilt is terrible lol x

My countdown expired and I don't think ill bother doing another- I'm only looking to lose about another 3-4lb then just maintain I think!
After Xmas if I have a big gain or struggle to shift it I might do another countdown.
I've had some real off days lately- Pizza Hut/alcohol and been a lazy cook so I need to start afresh tomorrow and get back on it..

Your nearly there just bare in mind if you start falling off or putting on you should go back.
I've not had best few weeks and I can't even blame it on anything just don't fancy it lol

Yeah I think I have peaks and troughs with sw tbh- this is a trough! I'm off the wagon but know ill be able to get back on it. Going to a work thing tomo & food will be out of my control so tues will be fresh start day.
If the troughs start outweighing the peaks I will go back..
Lol I know what you mean. Sometimes I just can't be bothered thinking about syns or weighing my cereal ha.

That's ok for maintaining if you get a balance you'll maintain. It's no good for me though with a long way to go. So I'm back in zone today feel like I'm back wanting to do it. So a good week and ill be back looking forward to my weigh ins.

I'm at Uni this week and back to placement next week. I find placement easiest place to do well but most tiring so I need to set aside some time this week to cook some dinners for freezer.

Today's food is going to be yog and fruit

Satsuma for a snack at break.

I need to quickly knock up a salad for my lunch

Dinner gammon and egg & veg

Looks like this might be a red day depending on my salad.

Fruit to snack
Giant cous cous with 1/2 syn Spanish sausage and feta. (Hexa)

Pudding - Rocky road hifi (hexb)

Tea - veg stir fry & noodles
 
Food sounds good today- I need to look out for this giant cous cous. I have only recently discovered feta too- wowzer its good!

I'm on the Christmas one but need to get any gain off first. Might weigh in Friday morning just to see how I go then back to my normal class Monday.

Got all my snacks today but need to get my lunch so if I'm hungry i go for jp and beans.

Might do quorun chilli for tea then that makes a green day.

Feta is nice grilled as well mmmmmmm

Yeah I have signed up too, to lose 7lbs but I haven't even weighed since my terrible weekend blowout!
