Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

Yesterday was fantastic I passed placement for this semester, food was great and I did 6 miles on rower.

I'm finding my fitness picking up already so going to try do more on rower.

Food today will be a free cooked breakfast.

Chicken with cream mushroom sauce and veg.

I am trying so hard resisting the bacon butties this morning
 
Had my post and got a lovely hand written letter from my slimming world consultant as a nice reminder that this week I'm pushing into the 13's.

Was so nice and an instant boost to stay on track this weekend
 
I will be bugging my diary today as I am so close to getting into the 13's. I have been here before and I ruined my work and went half a stone backwards.

So I am doing everything I can to stay focussed today to give myself the best chance. I'll be so excited if I make it. It's been a mental block did ages now and I really want to get into the 13's and then work getting as far away from the 14's as I can.
 
Can I sub to your diary too please mate. Need some knew motivation and your virtual trip has got me going. I'm in the 14s (stones not size) and just cant seem to see myself any lower. I know if I keep it up I will get there. Ill sit and read your diary from the beginning at some point but I like your determination.

I've been stuck in 14's for ages (totally my own fault I won't lie)
I got to 14st1 then put 6lb on and now I've battled and battled and I'm preying tomorrow's wi I'll be into 13's

I hit a realisation at Christmas that I need to just get on with this and I treat every week as a fresh week 1 like I've just joined. It's working so far.

Any help I can give I will I know how it feels x

I hope you don't mind but I have took a leaf out of your book on my diary and am walking to Europe. I'm in the middle of the ocean at the moment and cant push a 7 mile walk to Calais today but I will just see where I am at the end of every week. This has got to work this year it really has!

No course not It really is helping me. Let's see how many ppl we can get on the virtual trip band wagon lol

I'm on a rest day on rowing but went out for a walk and my fitness is better all ready and I'm calmer. I just hate Sunday's I just wait for weigh in
