Today's food

Breakfast - bacon (fat off), 1 egg, beans and spinach.

Lunch is a carvery I'll have all free food and syn a little gravy.

Tea : fruit salad. It's weigh in tomorrow so I always have fruit for tea night before.

And the rowing is back in swing today

I would never normally do this until I'd lost loads but this weekend I've been good but struggling to see how I'll ever look any different and with a week of leave ahead of me I have a chance to make a good loss a week Monday so my mum sent me this photo and I decided to take one now to see if I look
