Skulldilocks Food diary

Well I think I still deserve a loss this week especially if I keep up the red days til Wednesday. Keeping it low syn as well just in case after Saturday. Was supposed to have a Body Pump class this morning but spent all day yesterday in agony and it hasn't got any better. I have this horrible stabbing pain in the left hand side of my stomach. It kind of feels like a pulled muscle but no idea how I've done it. :/ It's time of the month now as well so hope that doesn't affect me too much. Going for a walk at lunch to make sure I still do some body magic!

Monday RED day

Breakfast:

100g tinned pineapple (HEX B)

Wasn't planning on having cereal today but woke up with an awful stomach so wanted something bland to calm it a bit. Really think I need to get to a doctors for this :( First spin class tonight! I'm scared/excited. Do you think doing hardcore exercise the day before weigh in will affect anything?

Tuesday RED day

Personally it doesnt affect me, usually 2 days before if i want it to affect WI, but everyones different so it could do for you.
 
My stomach is still in absolute agony. First we had the pain on the left that stopped me going to the gym and then it was the hours sat on the toilet (sorry for the tmi) and this morning it was the same. Then this afternoon its been stabbing pains around my abdomen. I literally have no idea whats caused this. I've eaten the same as normal to be honest. I often get bad IBS when I eat bad things but not when Im actually on plan :(
I'm going to go to spin class tonight despite the agony, maybe it will help me ignore the pain, who knows. All I know is Im glad Im going to docs tomo so I can ask :(
 
Well despite the aches and pains, I did it! I faced the fear of spinning! I stupidly booked for a normal class instead of one for beginners so I was thrown in at the deep end! I was bright red within 2 mins and had sweat dripping off me. The 45 mins did go pretty quick though! I'm so glad I went even if my bum is hating me! I definitely want a decent loss this week, I feel as though I deserve one! We'll see tonight.

Due to late nights and oversleeping this morning I didn't have time to get lunch sorted AND forgot my wallet so I'm pretty much eating nothing til weigh in, doh!

Wednesday EE day

Breakfast:
2x Weetabix (HEX B)
250ml ss milk (HEX A)
2x tea with sweetener

Lunch:
Apple (SF/S)
Banana (SF/S)
Mullerlight toffee

Dinner: Decide after class

Lost 5 lbs!!! Just checking in from group! So happy as that's what i gained over the.last 2weeks so back where I was :D and.it was star week Woohoo! X

The gym I'm going to join at the end of the month has a spinning class, what exactly do you do? I know it's on a bike and stuff but..... Lol x

Thanks! Well it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Its a stationary bike with a very uncomfortable seat and your feet are strapped in. You can change the resistance on the pedalling and the coach will tell you when to increase or decrease. You spend a lot of time stood up pedalling and then leaning down without touching the seat (if that makes sense). Its hard work when they put the resistance high. then you do a few sprints going as fast as you can for like a minute straight. We did a few dips which is where whilst you pedal, you dip down you chest, kind of like push ups on the handlebars! lol Mine was a 45 min session and I burnt around 600 cals! I'm going to do it again even if it did hurt :)

Thanks Stevie :D It definitely has! One more weigh in til Hellfest so want to try and lose a decent amount. The dream would be 4 so I get my 2.5 stone award but Im not expecting that haha! I have drinking situations twice this weekend for friends birthdays, so its vodka all the way and NO kebab shops! Will mostly do red days apart from today, as I need something quick and easy for dinner. Won't be at the gym today as I have to go shopping for presents for said events.

Thursday RED day:

I keep thinking about spinning, i can see then in the spinning studio when i'm in the main gym and they don't half go at some speed. Pretty sure my knees won't handle it though, my trainer has already put my on the other bike where your sat like on a normal seat with your legs out in front of you instead of the standard bike just cos its less strain on my knee.

They do go fast but I tried to not push myself too much as what I was doing was enough to leave my in agony haha! Definitely felt like a total noob.
Know what you mean on the other bike though, I always go on that one as I have a dodgy back! x
