Right, back on the wagon I hop. Due to a.very empty bank account this week will mostly consist of EE days, as we have lots of pasta and rice that needs using. Just going to try and keep portions small and syns under 10 :)

Thursday EE day:

Breakfast:
Strawberries (SS/SF)
Banana (SF)
Muller Greek coconut yoghurt (0.5)
Tea with ss milk and sweetener (part HEX A)

Lunch:
Chicken (S)
Lettuce (SF/S)
Cucumber (SF/S)
Green pepper (SF/S)
Gherkins (SF/S)
1 tbsp balsamic dressing (1)

Snacks:
2x Alpen light choc and fudge (HEX B)
Apple (SF/S)
Grapes (SF)

Dinner: leftover chilli con carne
Extra lean mince
Chopped toms (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
Peppers (SF/S)
Green beans (SF/S)
Garlic (SF/S)
Red kidney beans (S)
Rice

Well everything in my diary was consumed as planned. However so did some other naughty things which I can't be bothered to list. It's so hard to get back into the habit of ignoring shops and stuff. Either way the wallet is no firmly at home so nothing can be spent. Not that it can anyway, my pay day has been mucked up so Im worried my shopping might not come due to bouncing :(


Anyway back at attempt to of a 100% day. I'm not going to have hardly any syns today after yesterday.

Friday EE day:

Breakfast:
2x Weetabix (HEX B)
250ml skimmed milk (HEX A)
Banana (SF)
2x tea with sweetener

Lunch:
Chicken (S)
Lettuce (SF/S)
Cucumber (SF/S)
Green pepper (SF/S)
Kraft fat free French dressing

Dinner:
Half pack of Chinese rice
Quorn pieces (S)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Peppers (SF/S)
Salad leaves (SF/S)
Cucumber (SF/S)
Soy sauce

Total syns: 0.5
No body magic as ankle is killing me :(
 
How bloody typical, I've broken it again :( I just can't seem to get my head out of holiday mode at all. I had a serious breakdown when my pay didn't get sorted and to calm myself down when it was sorted I bought a massive bar of dairy milk and a Ginsters slice. I didn't even want it! Now my grapes and salad are sat here uneaten, while I feel fat and disgusting. My skin is so bad as well. Normally when I have a gain I manage to get back on form straight away and I'm worried I've already ruined this week, especially as some of last weeks bloat may still be there.

Help me guys :( x
 
Oh :( don't worry Hun, you can't help that you were stressed. Try not to worry, and don't let the one blip make the full week be off plan, just get straight back to it tomorrow x
 
Determined to stick to it today! Gotta see it as one day at a time instead. Today's an EE day and 2 meals have already been. Consumed so just gotta stay off the booze.tonight! Was planning on gym but I am still in serious pain argh! So had a.wander round town instead.

Saturday EE day:
Breakfast:
Overnight porridge oats (HEX B)
Mullerlight toffee
Banana (SF)
Strawberries (SF/SS)

Lunch:
2x.WW sausages (1)
3 bacon, no fat
2 eggs in frylight
Mushrooms (SF/S) and cherry toms (SF/S) in Quark

Dinner:
Pasta
Chopped toms (SF/S)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Peppers (SF/S)
Spinach (SF/S)
Jalapenos (SF/S)
Bacon
Quark
40g low fat cheese (HEX A)
Salad leaves (SF/S)
Cucumber (SF/S)

Diet coke

Well as you can imagine from my absence it all went wrong. I couldn't even stay on plan for one flipping day. Saturday night did end in copius cider (of all the alcohols!) and a drunken Dominos and 5 slices were consumed. Then a hangover lead to a Subway, picnic nibbles with lots of bread and a Burger King. My compulsive binging has gotten really out of hand. I cannot wait for Wednesday just to get this all out in the open, cry a bit to my group and hope it spurs me on again. Today I've been 100%. As I said before the wallet is the danger zone and this has been left at home today, so now eating on the way home. Dinner is cooked already so all I have to do is not syn on anything else! Hopefully just one day back on plan will prove to my brain that this food is more than enough, both in taste and amount! I know this won't avoid a gain but at least make a bit of difference I hope :/ Anyway here's how a nearly successful day has gone so far...

Monday EE day

Breakfast:
2x Weetabix (HEX B)
250 ml semi skimmed milk (HEX A)
Banana (SF)
2x tea with HEX A milk and sweetener

Lunch:
Pasta with bacon, onions (SF/S), mushrooms (SF/S), spinach (SF/S), peppers (SF/S) and jalapenos (SF/S) in a chopped toms (SF/S) and Quark sauce
Apple (SF)
Muller light greek coconut yoghurt (0.5 syns)
3 litres water

Dinner:
Chicken (S)
Chopped toms (SF/S)
Red pepper (SF/S)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Spinach (SF/S)
Rice
Mini Naan (5.5)

Oh hun, its bloody horrible when this happens isn't it. I hope you can draw a line under it after wednesdays weigh in and move on from there. Don't worry though, it happens to all of us x

Thanks hun! Its such a huge step back. I'm predicted a 3lb gain this week regardless of how much I try until Wednesday and if that's the case I've put half a stone back on in 2 weeks! Going to try and resolve it by Weds but after that I need to really push it hard.

Yeah but once you get back on plan after Wednesday and kick the gyms ass that half stone will be gone in the same amount of time! X

Fingers crossed. Still no idea how hard to go at the gym as even small spouts of walking are hurting my ankle. Will see what happens though x
 
Why don't you do strength/resistance training instead, maybe doesnt burn as much as cardio but it will burn a fair bit and target some areas without putting strain on your ankle
 
What about exercise bikes and stuff with lower impact on the ankles? X

Yeh I googled about sprained ankles and it said the sit back bikes are fine and so its walking on the treadmill. Will prob do some strength training to ally, I really miss it! x
 
Maybe do 15/20 mins on bike (I have to go on the sit back one cos if my knee) and then strength, then you've got cardio, warmed up for strength and get a nice burn from strength training. Damage limitation in more ways than one haha

Right, food has been bad today? Yes. Getting it all out of my system now. Weigh in will be bad? Absolutely, I predict 3lbs on. That's 8lbs in two weeks, half a stone backwards. I'm staying to group til the very, very end to snap me out of this. I want to hear about the awesome people. I actually want people to gasp in horror at my failure so that it scares me into proving them wrong. They're super supportive don't get me wrong but they always assume I'm on the ball because I share recipes and stuff.

I've written out the food plan starting tomorrow. My OH has realised how much weight he's gained and is gonna be more on it now too. This will help massively as he shout at me if he finds a choc wrapper. I need that kind of discipline.

I've just been to a greengrocers for the first time, definitely doing it again! Got 6x Granny Smiths, a bunch of bananas, 6x peaches, 2 punnets of strawberries, 2kg of potatoes, 1 jacket potato, 4 large red onions for £12! pretty good I think. No excuses now.

I'm going to take some inspiration from Princess Stevie and make myself some mini goals. I am always just on about target and its so far off so it feels far off. If I have smaller goals, I might be more optimistic. So the first goal will be to get back to wear I was before this madness, which was 13st4. Then it will be to get to 13st, as that will be my 2.5 stone award. And then just half stones from there
