Thanks hun! Its such a huge step back. I'm predicted a 3lb gain this week regardless of how much I try until Wednesday and if that's the case I've put half a stone back on in 2 weeks! Going to try and resolve it by Weds but after that I need to really push it hard.Oh hun, its bloody horrible when this happens isn't it. I hope you can draw a line under it after wednesdays weigh in and move on from there. Don't worry though, it happens to all of us x

Yeah but once you get back on plan after Wednesday and kick the gyms ass that half stone will be gone in the same amount of time! X
Fingers crossed. Still no idea how hard to go at the gym as even small spouts of walking are hurting my ankle. Will see what happens though x
What about exercise bikes and stuff with lower impact on the ankles? X

Lunch:
Batchelors Mexican rice
Salad leaves (SF/S)
Greek muller coconut yog (0.5)
Apple (Sf/S)
Dinner: Spag bol
Quorn mince, onions, mushrooms, chopped toms, cheese (HEX A)
