Today's NSV: Turned down jam doughnuts in the office today. Didn't even look when they were brought over and offered and demanded the guy to have two so mine wasn't left tempting me :)

Yay, high five!! That's a fab NSV - so much willpower. Go girl!! :)

We have the same situation in our office at the moment. It's always someones birthday, or people bringing goodies back off their holidays. At the moment by the kettle there is a big tub of celebrations, a bag of boiled sweets, mini chocolate muffins, cadbury crunchie biscuits, cinnamon biscuit things...luckily, as it was my Birthday on Monday, I brought in party rings and chocolate fingers - 1.5 Syns each! Oh, and aero bubbles - 1.5 Syns for 2. Must admit have had a good nibble, but all within my Syns so no need to feel left out or guilty. Win win!

Keep going, we will crack this xx

I feel your pain girls, my work is terrible for treats, they had ginger cake today :( not fair!

About the buying a house thing, it's stressful but SO worth it. Getting on the property ladder is better than renting in my opinion. Even though I can't move into my house yet (Chris' parents aren't moving out yet, might be after holidays/Christmas now) I feel good that I have a house in mine and Chris' name! I've started buying stuff already lol. X

Aww it should be Hun. There's just so many things isn't there! We had to get the plumber who fitted their combi boiler to get some sort of certificate for us or something (Chris sorted that) it's the little things like that they all add up to one long list of things to do don't they lol it'll be worth it though.

Ooh hope you get loads of housey gifts! X

Right we're off to celebrate the new place this eve and seeing as Kieran hasn't had to lift a finger for it, he's treating me to dinner. Then we're off to see Monsters University, as he is a huuuuge Pixar fan and I guess it will be fun, I'd rather World War Z though :p

Yet another NSV today. Budgens is my arch nemesis and has ended up where my binges at work are bought. Pastry slices, crisps, cookies. I was asked to go grab fags and grub for colleagues and Sat there was £1.50 in change in my wallet. Could have got my the usual sabotage of four large white choc cookies with that. but NO! I bought a whole watermelon from the green grocers next door for 1.50£! What a bargain! Gonna take it home and have it for breakfast tomo and take the rest to the bbq tomorrow.

Seems obvious to most but for me it really proves I'm in the zone :)

Oh p.s., living off salad at the moment. So easy when you have boiled eggs and feta as your secret weapons, mmmm!

Well done on the NSV! So hard when everyone else at work is eating crap :( salads are quite filling when you have boiled eggs in them. I like chicken breast strips too x

Well, I had a super fun weekend. Nandos and Monsters Inc was lovely. Then on Saturday we had our BBQ, I ended up having watermelon for breakfast my Red HEXs on baps and cheese and just one Quorn sausage (1) as some idiot ate my veggie burgers! That, plus a lot of alcohol was all that was consumed Saturday until the walk home had me falling into a kebab shop :sigh: chicken tandorri in pitta, could've been worse I guess.
Then Sunday a Subway was consumed, lots of watermelon and an ice cream at the village fete, followed by a meal at Handmade Burger company with chips and all. DOH!

Praying that by being good either side of the weekend will balance it out but regardless of the result on Wednesday, I will just be happy with myself if I manage to get back on plan as of today, as normally I fail completely. The cupboards are very bare, so I'm going to get an Asda delivery sent tomorrow and just go with what I can get today.

Sounds like you had a lovely time though :) getting back on plan the day after is the most important thing I reckon x

Definitely. Well Normally without fail a day off plan leads to another and another. Seems I've finally broken that nasty habit though, synfree today and no way of eaten anything more without purposely going out and buying it. :)

I am feeling ok about the kebab as I hardly ate through the day. The Subway was the only thing I wish I hadn't got to be honest. I've done red days every day other than Sat and Sun so hopefully that will balance it out
