Well, today life wise has sucked! I haven't been paid, my boss seems to have mucked up again so I've been so I had a right little breakdown. With two places to pay for just for this one month it was bad timing. Anyway despite this I haven't binged! Had my nice filling lunch and don't need to faff around with cooking tonight as already prepped.
I am in dire need of something to relax with this evening though, so I have worked in the chilled beer in the fridge that has been waiting for me for ages. Its a bourbon flavoured beer and only 8 syns. Gah I cannot wait!
To be honest its a big thing me actually factoring alcohol syns! x

Aww what a crap day Hun, what a stress for you! Have they let you know when it'll be sorted?

Well done on not bingeing though, it wouldn't help matters, it would only be another problem to add on to the list. Hope it's all sorted out soon x

Sorry for basic posts, we had no internet due to the move so just quickly updated on my phone as I went along. As you can see, I stayed in control! I really hope it shows at Wednesday's weigh in. I stuck to vodka and coke despite the cocktail offer, got singles instead of soubles to make them last longer and didn't get a kebab on the way home.
The day after all our friends wanted to go for lunch at Oneills and they said they weren't doing jacket potatoes and stuff like that on Sunday. So I threw a strop and my boyfriend managed to get them to make me one specially whilst him and all my friends ordered HUGE burgers and chips. Despite not knowing exact syns, I picked the best options there. Also been doing lots of body magic including deep cleaning of the new flat, moving furniture and packing.
Today and tomorrow are going to be tough as well literally have no food now, we've had to chuck out the freezer stuff to defrost it and we've emptied the fridge. I hope the lack of superfree doesn't affect me! Either way, I feel so much better for knowing I was in control.

Monday EE day:

Leftover mushy pea curry (SS)
Quorn fillet (S)
Cous cous with onions (SF/S) and pepper (SF/S)

Sorry for the lack of update yesterday I had an absolute breakdown! Started the morning with my boss going mad at me and my colleague over holidays that were booked 8 months ago. Threw my anxiety into overdrive. Then I had my OH ringing me constantly because he had issues with our van man to help us move yest. He claimed he got stopped by police, turned up 4 hours late and then mucked up our plans with a lady we were buying a sofa from. It all got to me and I ended up sobbing in the loos for like 20 mins. What was supposed to be a trip to subway for a salad turned into a prepacked sandwich on white bread, a bag of crisps and a cookie. We didn't get everything moved in til like 10pm, so couldn't go food shopping but I managed to wind myself back in with a subway salad for tea. I think that despite everything that's been going on this week I've done pretty good and I'll be happy with a maintain. For the most part I've proved to myself that I am in control and making the right choices. I'll be heading to Tesco straight from group to stock up the cupboards and make some real food!

Today's food is literally just a punnet of strawberries, 2 Mullers and an apple til after weigh in.
Good point though- the new walk to the train station is 1.8miles and burns 250 cals, so that's 500 cals a day extra I'll be burning everyday :)

Well done! I wouldn't have turned it down haha

Well done on that loss that's brilliant :) you're doing so well! With the move and everything, anyone would be just resorting to take always but you are so organised. All your pics you post on Instagram your food always looks nice. Big pat on the back for you Lily! Xx

Thank you lovely :) Its silly how I seem to be more organised in chaos than in everyday life haha :p I'm hoping that now we've moved in it'll calm down but obvious its the birthday weekend now! Just going to count meals as one offs rather than taking whole days off!

Tonight I am off for TGIs for my birthday. I will be having cocktails and I will be eating what I want (I can't decide between a burger or fajitas). However I will not so what I would've done before SW, eat EVERYTHING. I was the table dustbin, finishing off people's chips, ordering 3 courses "just because I can" and wolfing it down even though I'm already stuffed. I'm not going to have a starter unless I share it and I'll only have dessert if I am not full (which is unlikely) and will share again.

Friday EE day

Breakfast:
Overnight oats (HEX B) with muller toffee and banana (SF)

Lunch:
Chicken tikka (S) salad with lettuce, cucumber, onion, gherkin (all SF/S) and feta (HEX A)
Apple (SF/S)
Hifi light rocky road (HEX B)
WW raspberry tart yog

Dinner:
TGIs :)

Syns: synfree until dinner
Body magic: 30 mins walking

Yeh, you seem to do well under pressure! Lol! That's a very good attitude to have towards the birthday celebrations, and sharing a dessert sounds a good idea! I'd skip the starter, and just keep room for dessert if it was me, I love desserts! :) I've never been to TGI's so have no idea what they serve but it sounds nice and I would probably go for the fajitas out of your choices :) have a good time anyway! That's the most important thing ;) x

A quick hello to say I've had an.amazing birthday! Here's a pic of me out at the meal. Lots of compliments on the weight loss
