I'm back. Birthday done, party done, hangover done. Festival done, booze done, travelling for 30 hours each way and grabbing what you can done. Food shop done. Weigh in done. 6lbs gain. OUCH

So that's two weeks worth of naughtiness. And I know I've said this sooo many times but this literally is the last big occasion of the year! Festivals are my thing and that's it now. Any other occasions can be worked around and I wont feel like I'm missing out but things like my birthday need a binge, silly I know. I'm just grateful I stayed in the 13s throughout these last couple of months and now I can demolish them. I'm back on track as of today, back to walking to and from work (1 hour total), so I'm hoping to have a big loss next Wednesday. Going to keep it simple (and cheap) so probably going to be a lot of repetition this week. Going to have a green day to ease me back in.

Thursday GREEN day
Breakfast:

35g Branflakes (HEX B)
300 ml skimmed milk (HEX A)
2x tea with sweetener

Lunch:
Tomato mugshot
WW toffee apple yog
Apple (SF)
2x hifi light cheesecake bars (HEX B)

Dinner:
Jacket potato
Beans (SS)
Low fat cheese (HEX A)
Lettuce (SF/S)
Cucumber (SF/S)
Burger sauce (1.5)

Other:
Strawberries (SS)
Mullerlight
Choc chip cookie (3.5)

So far so good. Had one office cookie and feeling fine! Got back on the water swigging too, already through 2 litres, so will aim for the old 4 as per.

Time to write a food plan for the week. Can you tell I'm bored at work!

I've decided to make an effort to drink more water too! I'm not a great lover of the stuff, so I'm just starting small - 1 litre per day. Saying that, I'm just about to start my second! xx
 
Welcome back! Pleased you had a great time. 6lbs is a lot but I think that's average for 2 weeks away, I bet I put that much on in one week when I go away!! X

Thanks and yeh I'm okay with it to be honest. Plus I tend to lose what I've gained the week after, or close enough anyway. I'm hoping for a big loss this week and then it would be nice to go back to normal 1 or 2 losses and sustaining them :)

Yesterday was a write off. I am ridiculously hormonal at the moment and I have no idea why. Been having some problems with my new tortoise and then had to trek up to London to interview some bands. Hopefully I can still see a loss and am back on plan today, with the wallet safely at home.
Really power walked to work today, felt the burn (I was running late haha!)

Oooh is that big mac in a bowl you're having for tea? Have you had it before? I've seen loads of posts on here about it but I'm yet to try it - looks yummy!! xxx

hehe yes it is :) We had it once before and fell in love! The juiciness of the mince makes it soo good for a salad! My boyfriend had jalapenos because he doesn't like gherkins and still loved it :) I think there is a pic on my IG somewhere :) x
