Thanks so much everyone! HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEN!
I'm so happy and it made the taster evening so much fun I was all hyper about Halloween hehe
I love my group so much, I'm the youngest there but I finally feel comofortable just chatting about anything with them and the huge cheer they gave me was so lovely. Anyway I need to come up with a plan for this week as its a toughy and I don't want to let go of the hard work from this week!
Tomorrow I'm off to Leeds for an indoor music festival. I went last year with my friend - drank like a fish, threw up several times, ate two giant burgers and then stopped at a chicken shop on the way back to our hotel. Then on the coach journey home went through like 5 bags of crisps and got an indian takeaway on my arrival home. And that week I lost 4.5lbs. I know there is no chance of this happening again, so I'm going to have to be a lot more careful.
I have a 5 hour coach journey tomorrow. I'm going to have a big synfree breakfast before I leave and take plenty of fruit and free snacks for the journey. I know my friends will want to go out for dinner and drinks. I'm going to try and choose the best thing on the menu and decide if I fancy a few drinks that night but want to be fresh for Saturday.
Saturday - I plan to take some hifi bars and fruit to have for brekkie in the hotel and maybe a mugshot before we leave. Its an all day thing so I'm going to have to try and avoid the fast food as much as possible while drinking and then only have something in the evening, as the options last year were all non slimming world friendly.
Then on Sunday - Again, take some fruit and hifis for brekkie before jumping on the coach and hopefully find something SW friendly at the stop off like sushi. Then I'm going to ask Kieran to have something cooked for dins upon my arrival home
And straight back on it til Wednesday!
Hopefully this means only 3 meals or so off plan and then alcohol. I'll be keeping the syns low either side and upping the speed foods. Fingers crossed I can still have a little loss!
Sorry for the ramble but if I tell it to you lot I'm more likely to do it
