Skulldilocks Food diary

Halloween taster food looks amazing!! Saw those orange pumpkins and banana ghosts on IG, they are fab!

Good luck tonight, not that you need it. You have been on fire this week :D xx

Well, ita weigh day! EEK! I can hand on heart say I have been 100% on plan this week, everything I have eaten I have tracked. I've treated it as my first week and resisted all kinds of temptations. I can only hope I make a considerable dent in the 6lb gain I've had over the past fortnight. No treats after weigh in like I normally would, saving as much naughtiness as possible for the weekend!

Thanks so much everyone! HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEN! :D
I'm so happy and it made the taster evening so much fun I was all hyper about Halloween hehe :D I love my group so much, I'm the youngest there but I finally feel comofortable just chatting about anything with them and the huge cheer they gave me was so lovely. Anyway I need to come up with a plan for this week as its a toughy and I don't want to let go of the hard work from this week!

Tomorrow I'm off to Leeds for an indoor music festival. I went last year with my friend - drank like a fish, threw up several times, ate two giant burgers and then stopped at a chicken shop on the way back to our hotel. Then on the coach journey home went through like 5 bags of crisps and got an indian takeaway on my arrival home. And that week I lost 4.5lbs. I know there is no chance of this happening again, so I'm going to have to be a lot more careful.

I have a 5 hour coach journey tomorrow. I'm going to have a big synfree breakfast before I leave and take plenty of fruit and free snacks for the journey. I know my friends will want to go out for dinner and drinks. I'm going to try and choose the best thing on the menu and decide if I fancy a few drinks that night but want to be fresh for Saturday.

Saturday - I plan to take some hifi bars and fruit to have for brekkie in the hotel and maybe a mugshot before we leave. Its an all day thing so I'm going to have to try and avoid the fast food as much as possible while drinking and then only have something in the evening, as the options last year were all non slimming world friendly.

Then on Sunday - Again, take some fruit and hifis for brekkie before jumping on the coach and hopefully find something SW friendly at the stop off like sushi. Then I'm going to ask Kieran to have something cooked for dins upon my arrival home :) And straight back on it til Wednesday!

Hopefully this means only 3 meals or so off plan and then alcohol. I'll be keeping the syns low either side and upping the speed foods. Fingers crossed I can still have a little loss!

Sorry for the ramble but if I tell it to you lot I'm more likely to do it :)

Happy Halloween!!

I think your plan sounds fantastic! Doesn't look like you are putting too much pressure on yourself - looks like you have got the balance right between having fun and sticking as close to plan as you can.

Your head is really in the right place at the moment - you are in the zone!!

Here's to another great week :) xx

Your plan sounds much better than last year! Great job on the 6lbs off :) easy on, easy off. Fingers crossed for the rest off next week!
I went to a couple of festicals this summer and both had jacket potatoes so look out for that- usually at the baguette cart...! Ot could have rice and noodles at a chinese cart, they usually gice ting amounts of chicken anyway sonprobably like 8 syns for a tub of chinese. X

Yeah I've been to two this year but I just went off plan for both as they were both abroad and I either didn't understand what was in things or they just didn't have anything good like jacket spuds.

This one is indoors at the Leeds University Union. From what I drunkenly remember last year there were little shops inside including a curry place, a pasty place, a bbq outside doing burgers and a pub downstairs. From what I recall, it was a Wetherspoons, so maybe I can grab something there :)
I'll try and stick to vodkas too and seeing as I haven't drank in a month I shan't need much :p I'm taking some Sourz that I have been saving though. It was on offer and has been sat staring at me.
TOFFEE APPLE FLAVOUR. Mmmm, but also 80 syns for the bottle D: lol

Well I left the sourz at home accidentally so I guess that's one temptation out the way :p food so far
