First full day back on track I'm hoping! Not been able to get in the zone since Wednesday despite a Mirculous half lb gain

Saturday EE day
Breakfast:
2x bacon
Egg
Mushrooms
Baked beans
2x wholemeal toast (HEX B)

Lunch
Low fat supernoodles
Sprinkling of cheese (part HEX A)

Banana
Muller Greek yog mango (0.5)

Dinner:
Homemade pork meatballs and spaghetti
Sauce - chopped toms, onions, pepper, mushrooms
Rest of cheese (part HEX A)
Salad

Options Hot choc with marshmallows (3)
Kit Kat (5.5)

Ooh I've ordered a packet of the new mango yogurts for this weeks shopping are they nice? My favourite is the toffee.

Great first day back, doesn't matter if you've struggled since Wednesday, you're back to it now x

Another day on plan but seriously lacking superfree at the mo, cannot wait for the delivery on Tuesday but I think its going to affect this weigh in

Sunday EE day
Breakfast:

Another day of eating whatever I have available. I've borrowed a couple of quid off the other half so that I can buy a Subway salad for lunch so that'll be a bit more superfree than nothing at all! I've never been so excited for a shop delivery so much in my life haha! You can tell we haven't had money in a while as I've ordered like everything and the total has come to like 70£! Most of it is frozen and tinned though so should last a while. I know the last couple of days have been on plan but its nowhere near as much as I would like to be so I'm not expecting much from weigh in on Wednesday. I plan all systems go come tomorrow and I can finally make a food plan. Going to go to the gym tonight and tomo though in a last minute bid to help the earlier end of the week's naughtiness! I've also been drumming quite a lot this weekend (trust me, its an amazing leg workout!)

Monday EE day

Breakfast:

2x Alpen lights (6)
Muller light raspeberry and choc

Lunch:
Subway chicken salad - Chicken (S), Lettuce (S), Cucumber (S), Onions (S), Peppers (S), Gherkins (S), Jalapenos (S), Dressing (2)
Apple (S)

Dinner:
Pitta pizza (HEX A and B) topped with onions (S), mushrooms (S), peppers (S), jalapenos (S)

When I run low on SF I just pick up a bag of spinach from wherever I pass on my way home, that provides 3 portions of superfree to 1/3rd fill plate (I have it raw with dressing) for a quid and is a big superfood that is so quick to throw on a plate x
 
Right well its weigh day and I'm expecting a gain due to naughtiness at the start of the week and a serious lack of superfree and water! However I'm back in action as of today, just so I can get my head back in the game for a 100% week coming up. The fridge, freezer and cupboards are packed with food. A quiche was cooked last night and I plan to use my quiet weekend to batch cook some scotch eggs, curry loaf and mushy pea curry sauce so no excuses! Food plan written and looking forward to get ON.IT.

Wednesday EE day

Breakfast:
2x Alpen lights HEX B)
2x clementines (S)
Mullerlight vanilla
2x tea with skimmed milk (1) and sweetener

Lunch:
SW quiche with onions (S), mushrooms (S), peppers (S)
Lettuce (S), Pickled onions (S), gherkins (S), and roasted red pepper (S)
Grapes (S)
Apple (S)


Dinner:
SW Carbonara with bacon, onions (S), mushrooms (S) and spinach (S)
Cheese (HEX A)
Salad (S)

Other:
Mini choc party rings (5)
Asda Skips (4.5)
Choc chip cookie (4)

Total syns: 14.5

I'm not expecting anything good from it but I'm not going to beat myself up because I know how much Im going to turn it around this week coming up :)
 
I gained 1.5 which to be honest was completely expected. If anything I would've expected more but I'm guessing the fact I stayed on plan when I could helped a lot. I didn't get disheartened and stayed to group and just completely swept it under the mat ready to start again. These last few weeks haven't been good but I'd rather slip up at the first hurdle and have a smooth journey from now on in! As I said yesterday, food planned lots of prep this weekend and will try and get to the gym tonight too. I've gained 3.5lbs of the 5.5lbs that I lost back but I'm going to go for 3lbs so not to put pressure on myself TOO much. Anything more is a bonus!

Thursday EE Day:

Breakfast:

2x slices wholemeal (HEX B)
2 LF Quorn sausages
Ketchup (1)
Clementine (S)
3x tea with skimmed milk (HEX A) and sweetener

Lunch:
SW Quiche with onions (S), peppers (S), mushrooms (S)
Mixed salad leaves (S)
with FF vinegarette
Clementine (S)
Apple (S)
Grapes

Dinner:
McCain jacket potato (1) with ham and cottage cheese
Roasted mushrooms (S) and red peppers (S)
Onions (S) and jalapenos (S)


Other:
Mini choc fingers toffee crunch (5)
Mini jammie dodgers (4.5)

When I've gained in the past, that's exactly what I've done. Forget about it, throw that week away and start again. It soon comes back off and sometimes even a bit extra too the week after!

Looking forward to tonight me and the boyfriend are having Mexican night and making burritos :) He's working all weekend so will be nice to just have a chilled night in with him and then I can have a productive weekend SW wise with gymming and batch cooking.
