Daniel is messing about and won't go to sleep so thought I'd think about my food plan for the day. Need a good day after yesterday.
B- 3 oatcakes with marmite, banana
S- fruit
L- scotch broth soup
S-fruit
D- spag Bol. , muller light
Going to try and do a half hour walk after school run. Wish I was one of those yummy mummies you see jogging along with the buggy. Think I'd trip myself up after a few steps and break something!
Had the burgers. I really do prefer home made burgers. The shop ones have left a fatty aftertaste in my mouth. Probably had about 20 syns. Oops!
I hate them!! Frozen or fridge?? Had some birds eye ones few weeks ago that I really hated!! X
They were the sainsburys fresh ones. I really wish I hadn't given in, and made my own like I usually do. Thought I should give in this once though as he has been quite supportive of my diet so far. Just wish I'd opted for something else.

I haven't stopped this afternoon either. Have stuck to my syns, but eaten SO much free as I've been sat doing admin all afternoon and it makes me pick at things. I'm not very hopeful for Wed either... x
Apart from my naughty dinner I've also kept syn free, but surely all the calories add up? I find once I start I sort of snowball and carry on going. Going to start tomorrow fresh, plus I'm planning on eating a lot of super speed foods to try and help. Hope you have had a good weekend though-apart from the admin. X
Thats what I always think - surely if you eat too much you will put on, even if it's free food??!! I'm having a better day today. Going to try and stuck to being good this evening. It's always the evenings I find hardest. Hope you're having a good day. x
