Slim at 30

Whoops, went off plan a bit more than planned. Had 2 bratwurst sausages in a hot dog roll and some BBQ ribs, and coleslaw. We almost got a takeaway so probably slightly better than that! Back on it tomorrow.
 
Daniel is messing about and won't go to sleep so thought I'd think about my food plan for the day. Need a good day after yesterday.

B- 3 oatcakes with marmite, banana
S- fruit
L- scotch broth soup
S-fruit
D- spag Bol. , muller light

Going to try and do a half hour walk after school run. Wish I was one of those yummy mummies you see jogging along with the buggy. Think I'd trip myself up after a few steps and break something! :)

Really fancy something sweet today. Might get some diet lemonade or something. Watching cake boss again, so I actually really want cake.....

L- pasta n sauce quiche - think I need to experiment with this a bit more. Was a bit bland.

D- quorn chicken, spinach and potato curry. Plain rice- might get something naughty to go with this to use a few syns

Hubby is making today difficult as he is having junk food cravings! Managed to persuade him out of takeaway but he won't let me make burgers myself and has gone to buy other burgers. Will have to be really really good the rest of the week!

B- 2 ryvita (yuck)
L-leftover curry from lastnight, strawberries
S- raspberries.
D- big fat burgers! Think I'll forget the bun, and make sw chips. Dont really like salad so will have fruit after.
 
Had the burgers. I really do prefer home made burgers. The shop ones have left a fatty aftertaste in my mouth. Probably had about 20 syns. Oops!

They were the sainsburys fresh ones. I really wish I hadn't given in, and made my own like I usually do. Thought I should give in this once though as he has been quite supportive of my diet so far. Just wish I'd opted for something else.

I haven't stopped this afternoon either. Have stuck to my syns, but eaten SO much free as I've been sat doing admin all afternoon and it makes me pick at things. I'm not very hopeful for Wed either... x

Apart from my naughty dinner I've also kept syn free, but surely all the calories add up? I find once I start I sort of snowball and carry on going. Going to start tomorrow fresh, plus I'm planning on eating a lot of super speed foods to try and help. Hope you have had a good weekend though-apart from the admin. X

Thats what I always think - surely if you eat too much you will put on, even if it's free food??!! I'm having a better day today. Going to try and stuck to being good this evening. It's always the evenings I find hardest. Hope you're having a good day. x
 
I'm getting to my 4 week motivation limit. I can always diet fir about 3-4 weeks but I start to lose it around that time. I'm desperate not to let it happen this time. I'm just hoping for some kind if loss tomorrow. If I've put on I know I'll find it really hard to stay on track. Plus I'm round a friends on Friday for a drink, then next week I'm going to see bon jovi ( can't wait!) which will involve fast food and alcohol I'm sure. Then a BBQ the next day. The next couple of weeks is going to be really hard. Just need to keep my birthday in sight!

I seem to find weekends hardest. Had a good day yesterday thanks. Happy it's nice and sunny today. how you doing?
