I thought I would start a food diary to keep me motivated to get to target by the summer.
I currently weigh 159.5lb (11 stone 5.5 lbs) and would like to be 139lbs (9 stone 13 lbs) so that is 20.5lbs till target. I have my weigh in tonight so hoping to get it under 20lbs.
Food for today:
Breakfast - banana and a shape rhubarb crumble yoghurt (.5 syn)
Lunch - lettuce cucumber red and yellow pepper carrots tomato and ham
Apple
Dinner - chicken new potatoes carrots green beans
Exercise - day 2 of couch to 5k
Will def have a few more syns later just not sure what I will use them on yet!
I usually save my hex a and b for some cheese and ryvita later in the evening.
