Aww no, sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time, although I'm glad that your assessment went well. My week's been pretty quiet / dull really, & also been struggling quite a bit with binging urges. Not really sure why, but just makes me get so annoyed at myself!

Aww, don't feel guilty hun. If your poorly your body needs rest to recover. I know it's hard to just stop the feelings of guilt, but it'll just make it worse. Hope you get better soon.

Thank you :) Just hoping I still lose some weight without the exercise. Hopefully I can get back to a class next week. My foods quite dull this week, I've not got much in the cupboards (waiting for pay day).
 
On a positive, I'm leaving my job in a months time, so no more working with cakes and yummy things (which is going to really help me I think :) )

Yeah, that should def help! I would find it torture to work surrounded by cake all day (unless it was some kind of magic cake that I could eat without it turning straight to fat....:drool: )

It is torture, it's a nightmare for me. It makes me think about sweet things all the time... the smell of cookies baking in the oven... :drool:

I do have a new job to go to, it's only temporary but I really needed to get out of my current job. Hopefully it may become permanent, or I'll find something else afterwards :)

I've been completely off plan today, chocolate brownies being the main culprit. I'm beginning to feel like I'm never going to lose any weight :(

Aww hun, I know how you feel, it's so frustrating. I've been on & off diets for the past year & am still 1.5lb heavier! It always seem to take way longer than we'd like, but you will get there in the end. Try not to feel too down about it, as you've been having a difficult time lately, & surely it'll be at least slightly easier when you move jobs (I guarentee I'd be eatong brownies every day if I worked in a cake shop!)

Aww, thank you Emmster, that made me feel better :) Some of the weight I've gained is defiantly since starting that job (I've been there 2 years now), so I'm hoping leaving there will make a big difference. I'm going to be brave and weigh myself tomorrow, even though it probably won't be good. I'm going to try and get back on top of things :)

How are you getting on ? I must have a look at your diary :) x x

Oooo, they're quite cool! Didn't know you could get SW plates!! I guess if you get the Success Express one then on EE or Red / Green days you could just put free foods in the 2/3rds part of the plate & superfree in the 1/3rd section.

I'm so glad it's Friday today, counting down the time to 5pm already! This week has dragged so much. Do you get weekends off?

Friday (green)

Feeling a bit better this morning :) Body Attack was hard, not only because I haven't been for two weeks, but also because I suffer from prickly heat when I exercise, and today it was particularly bad. I've bought some more antihistermine, so hopefully that will help next time.
Went for my WI at the doctors afterwards and Im really pleased, I've lost another 1.6lbs :) I'm really happy with that after the rubbish two weeks I've just had.

Breakfast - 1 Banana

Lunch - Ainsley Harriott Wild Mushroom Bulgar Wheat (1.5 syns), Babybel light (HeA) iceburg lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, Muller light dessert (5 syns)

Snacks - 1 love heart sweet (1 syn?)

Dinner - 2 Quorn burgers (0.5 syns each), wholemeal roll (HeB), iceberg lettuce, apple, baked beans, mash potato, mushy peas, 2 Babybel lights (HeA), salad cream (1 syn), Calipo (4 syns)

Syns - 13.5

Other - Water

Exercise - Body Attack (1 hour)

I'm definatly thinking of getting one, I really like them :) I've emailed the seller to see if they can do a vegetarian version, so that I don't have pictures of chicken and fish on my plate :D

I work saturdays but I have Sundays and Mondays off, so Saturday night is like my Friday night (if that makes sense). Have you got any plans for the weekend ? x x
 
Well done for your loss, 1.6lb is great! :)

No plans for the weekend, I'm purposefully trying to avoid nights out / alcohol for at least this week. I really want a good loss as joined group on wednesday so would be so embarrassed to get a gain or sts on my first WI! I think its the thames festival in London this weekend? So if the weather brightens up I might have a look at what's going on & take a wander to the river.

You got any plans for Sunday?

Saturday & Sunday

My weekend was off plan as usual. Spent it with my boyfriend shopping and eating yummy things. As I've said before I'd like to cut this down to just one day eventually, but for now this just seems to be what I need. Hoping for a really good SW week with lots of exercise :)
