Feeling a bit better this morning
Body Attack was hard, not only because I haven't been for two weeks, but also because I suffer from prickly heat when I exercise, and today it was particularly bad. I've bought some more antihistermine, so hopefully that will help next time.
Went for my WI at the doctors afterwards and Im really pleased, I've lost another 1.6lbs
I'm really happy with that after the rubbish two weeks I've just had.
Breakfast - 1 Banana

Dinner - 2 Quorn burgers (0.5 syns each), wholemeal roll (HeB), iceberg lettuce, apple, baked beans, mash potato, mushy peas, 2 Babybel lights (HeA), salad cream (1 syn), Calipo (4 syns)
