This is the picture that made me realise I had to lose weight.

3 dress sizes later.....
after 1 stone and 9lb Loss!
And im still going haha

Thanks! Back last summer I didnt think I was that big but looking back I was bigger than I thought! I was in denial a bit!

I think that's true of most of us! I knew I was overweight but I didn't think I was THAT big but looking back on the pictures I can't believe I was that size!

Back on my 21st, I thought I looked alright!
But hey never mind, it makes me feel better to know that that dress absolutely buries me now!

the real shock for me was having an obese BMI - i still can't believe a size 16-18 is classified as obese! However my mum told me straight that she thought i did look obese! Cheers mum...LOL.

I was hiding under clothes that covered me thinking i 'got away with it'.....i so didn't!

I never really look as heavy as I am and my dad was quite shocked that I am (now!) heavier than him! All my friends tell me I look good and that I look healthy and at 14/16 I am 'average' but I am STILL 4 stone overweight!

I was amazed when i got to target and put my before trousers on....I felt like I had shrunk!!!!:wow:

I have maintained since early feb, so not doing bad although i am finding it harder to maintain than it was to lose to 51lb!

Wow Zena, it's amazing to when you put on something that once fitted you isn't it! I kept my original work trousers (mens size 44") that were tight on me. I really should take some pictures of them sometime

You should, it make you look at it slightly different, I know I was amazed.....and it inspires me to maintain, I don't want to fit back in them again ever!
