Hello all, am a newbie! I am starting on mark II of my Slimming World journey - lost 3.5 stone two years ago then had a spinal accident and ate my 3.5 back on!! Doing it from home now as I don't find the classes very inspiring... Your before and after pictures are very inspiring, I just so so wish I hadn't put all the weight back on that I lost
Right, day 2 and it's going well so far! Am gona try and use this forum to keep me goin - need all the support I can get!!
